Ok so this is my first log that I have ever done so please stick your nose in and give me pointers along the way.

I will be starting this run in just a few weeks now. I have two physical agility tests coming up so im not hitting the gym really hard right now so that im at the top of my game on those days. But on Jan 27th i should be hitting this run and hitting it HARD. I wanted to get this up and running so that if there is something that I am missing i can get it before its too late, or any changes that you may suggest. This is kinda mis moshed so bare with me.

First me as of today
age 30
height 62
weight 265
bf 15%

I will be updating my weight every week as we go and then BF at the end. I am also going to post pictures and my workouts every day as i take a log with me to the gym yeah im that guy lol

my maxes as of last week (my last heavy week)
bench 320x1
leg press 900x3 (i cant do squats because of my knee)
dead 315x3

I am going to take the following in this fassion

starting 1/20/13 will start taking
cranberry
liver support - uni-liver from universal
life support - AI
Taurine powder - NOW

starting the 27th
halotest-25 - powerlab nutrition.....pramid style starting with two working up to four and then back down to two 6 weeks total last 3 days will be one pill
creatine mono - ON
taurine - NOW
cranberry
Cycle support - AI
uni-liver - universal
elite whey - dymatize

starting the 27th of feb will be cutting the halotest to one cap
adding oral testibol - primal muscle this will end a week before the other natty test boosters since im starting it a weekish early

starting march 3rd
continue oral testibol

creatine mono - ON
Taurine - NOW

so there you have my stack please comment on it all of those items i already have in my possession ready to go. I also have a few pre workout supplements havnt decided what i wanna use but i have Mass-Pump XXL from Powerlab nutrition, Vindetta from Xtreme Formulations, Hyper Shock from Myogenix, Raganarok from Millenium Sport Tech, and armagetton from StarChem Labs....any input on those preworkout supplements. I have tubs of each at my house as well.
again please put in your input so that i can make this work

Ill post pics a few days before i start the Halotest.

lol uhh you just rose the biggest red flag. if you were 20 id rape you a new hole with tough love. serm= selective estrogen receptor modulator. ill keep this short for you, but try and do some research before you start

when on cycle, including non aromatising compounds, your estrogen will sky rocket with the exo hormone. not a problem untill you come off the compound. now the ai (aromatase inhibitor) will help with controlling estrogen production during pct. but in the mean time, your estrogen levels will be nice and high causing all sorts of side effects on the male body such as the ever-popular gyno. to counteract these sides, we take a serm. in a nutshell, it binds to estrogen receptors in certain tissues of the body so that the elevated estrogen cant effect the tissue. the three serms are nolva (tamoxifen citrate), clomid (clomiphene citrate), and torem (toremifene citrate). these arnt sold on supplement sites or readily available because theyre prescription drugs. the only legal way to get them is either prescription or research chemical websites. look around cuz im not allowed to source. but theres a good research chem site right in front of you that sells all 3

you wont need it bud. your libido should be fine, pmag is one of the mildest compounds

yeah im using the uni-liver as well as the cycle support while one cycle and life support pre and post. and post will be life support and liver clean. that should be enough right

im taking two halo to start with will step up to three in a few days and then next week will be running 4 a day. they are 25mg so ill be maxing out at 100mg a day split in two doses

yeah i had my bf taken today before i worked out at the gym by the personal trainer. and yeah my lifting style is more of a powerlifting style why you ask bro

arms are feeling very tight during the curls my forearms actually hurt a little not sure why. joints feel good, lower back feels good. started taking mass pump xxl from powerlab nutrition today.....also yesterday i upped the dose taking 50 mg halo in the am and 25 mg in the evening.

Hey I've been busy but will get caught up today with my log. Quick question though I'm getting really bad back pumps what can I do to combat this I'm taking taurine twice a day cranberry three times daily antioxidents cycle support extra milk thistle anything else or any suggestions they are there all day but really bad during workouts

ive taken between 5-8g preworkout before. its just an amino acid, its not gonna kill you like overdosing ephedrin or somethin
