Im running SD for four weeks, heres my cycle layout:
SD 20/20/20/20
AI cycle support
High T ultra gel
Supporting supps
25g kwick karb preworkout
10g leucine (5g pre 5 post)
600mg apple cider vinegar
2g vit c
3g creatrona pre workout
Various pre's
1.5scoop protein ed (post workout)
PCT
Torem 90/90/60/60
Test powder 2/2/2/2
PowerFULL 2/2/2/2/2

Goal: lean bulk, i want to sit at atleast 160lbs AFTER pct. My kcal intake will be 2600-2700, until hunger increases and ill bump it up +200 kcals. I wont be doing to much heavy lifting (below four reps) ill more than likely stick with 4-6 reps one week and back to 10-12reps the following week for hypertrophy work.
