hello anabolic minds! this is my first ever cycle, and also my first ever log! im really excited, and really looking forward to it. so, ill cut the chit chat and give you some stats on me.
cycle to be ran is halodrol (h stane) at 50/50/75/75/75/75. pct using nolva (among other things) at 20/20/10/10. anastrazole is on hand in case of an emergency gyno flare. dont anticipate it to be needed, but its a cheap insurance policy if you ask me.
age- 21
height- 6 ft 2.5-3 on a good day
weight - 214.6 nude this morning (will update regularly during cycle)
bodyfat - ~11 percent, according to a caliper
chest - 47 inch at nipple, relaxed, no pump, evening time
bicep - 17.5 inch flexed, no pump, evening time
forearm - 14.9 inch flexed, no pump, evening time
waist - 35.75 inch at bellybutton
thigh - 25 inch, midway up, no pump, evening time
calve -15.4 inch standing, no pump, evening time
bench press 1rm - current 335, all time 350
squat 1rm - 425 raw
deadlift 1rm - 465 raw
so guys. obvious lacking points are arms, quads, and duh, calves. just cant seem to get em to grow, but ill be honest, i dont give calves the attention they deserve. so. training for this cycle will be somewhat flexible, but will mainly be set up as this:
10 am workout time every workout, about 45 minutes after morning meal
monday - chest, shoulders, triceps 6-8 reps
tuesday - back, traps, biceps 6-8 reps
wednesday - legs (heavy quad, light hams) and calves
thursday - chest, shoulders, triceps 10-12 reps
friday - back, traps, biceps 10-12 reps
saturday - legs (heavy hams, light quads) and calves
sunday rest
split is the way it is for several reasons. one, i feel the only thing gained during a 4 day, one group per day split, is strength. and while im after that, i really need more size from this cycle than anything. so this will allow me to hit each group hard and heavy, but also do a little bodybuilding work later in the week, as to keep the growth stimulus flowing, but not overtrain the muscle.
diet for this cycle is as such-
morning meal -
whole wheat bagel
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup 2 percent milk
1 scoop gold standard whey
then, the following is split evenly over 4 meals, one post workout, one at 2:30, one at 5, and one at 7:30
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
8 medium sweet potatoes
6 cups of brown rice with 1 tbsp butter
2 scoops of gold standard whey, and 2 cups of milk accompany post workout meal
1 scoop of dymatize elite primal, beef protein, whenever i want/need a snack
3 scoops of gaspari real mass, and 2 cups milk, before bed
grand totalling to these macros -
total fat - 113 g
sat fat - 34 g
poly unsant - 10g
mono unsat - 31g
trans - 0g
cholesterol - 600 mg (bad i know)
sodium - 2877 mg
carbs - 547g
fiber - 48g
sugar - 125g (a little high, but its all from the potatoes and milk)
protein - 285 g
total calories - 4277
supplements/ ph-

echinachea (helps me stay hungry and not sick!)
after post workout meal (roughly 3 hours later) -

with 5 pm meal -
1 25 mg halo cap
2 fish oil caps
before bed -
4 cycle assist
2 fish oil caps
1 echinachea
super cissus
***at start of week 3, their will be an additional 2 fish oil caps, and an additional 1 halo cap with morning pills
during pct-
with morning meal-
2 ml (20mg) tamoxifen citrate
3 dpol by purus labs
1 pes erase
5 g creatine monohydrate micronized
1 multi
2 fish oil
4 cycle assist
joint support
before bed -
5 g creatine mono
2 fish oil
4 cycle assist

***erase will taper up then down again in a 1/2/3/3/2/1 fashion, to prevent rebound.
i dont drink. i dont dip. i dont smoke other than an electric cigarette a buddy left me, and thats only when im reading. i get at least 8 hours sleep every night, normally 9. from 11-8 am. i dont want to have too high of expectation from this cycle, but as i said, it is my first, so im hoping for some pretty nice results. love to have you on for the ride, as well as any advice anyone has! thanks guys.
