hello anabolic minds! this is my first ever cycle, and also my first ever log! im really excited, and really looking forward to it. so, ill cut the chit chat and give you some stats on me.

cycle to be ran is halodrol (h stane) at 50/50/75/75/75/75. pct using nolva (among other things) at 20/20/10/10. anastrazole is on hand in case of an emergency gyno flare. dont anticipate it to be needed, but its a cheap insurance policy if you ask me.

age- 21
height- 6 ft 2.5-3 on a good day
weight - 214.6 nude this morning (will update regularly during cycle)
bodyfat - ~11 percent, according to a caliper
chest - 47 inch at nipple, relaxed, no pump, evening time
bicep - 17.5 inch flexed, no pump, evening time
forearm - 14.9 inch flexed, no pump, evening time
waist - 35.75 inch at bellybutton
thigh - 25 inch, midway up, no pump, evening time
calve -15.4 inch standing, no pump, evening time

bench press 1rm - current 335, all time 350
squat 1rm - 425 raw
deadlift 1rm - 465 raw

so guys. obvious lacking points are arms, quads, and duh, calves. just cant seem to get em to grow, but ill be honest, i dont give calves the attention they deserve. so. training for this cycle will be somewhat flexible, but will mainly be set up as this:

10 am workout time every workout, about 45 minutes after morning meal

monday - chest, shoulders, triceps 6-8 reps
tuesday - back, traps, biceps 6-8 reps
wednesday - legs (heavy quad, light hams) and calves
thursday - chest, shoulders, triceps 10-12 reps
friday - back, traps, biceps 10-12 reps
saturday - legs (heavy hams, light quads) and calves
sunday rest

split is the way it is for several reasons. one, i feel the only thing gained during a 4 day, one group per day split, is strength. and while im after that, i really need more size from this cycle than anything. so this will allow me to hit each group hard and heavy, but also do a little bodybuilding work later in the week, as to keep the growth stimulus flowing, but not overtrain the muscle.

diet for this cycle is as such-

morning meal -
whole wheat bagel
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup 2 percent milk
1 scoop gold standard whey

then, the following is split evenly over 4 meals, one post workout, one at 2:30, one at 5, and one at 7:30
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
8 medium sweet potatoes
6 cups of brown rice with 1 tbsp butter

2 scoops of gold standard whey, and 2 cups of milk accompany post workout meal

1 scoop of dymatize elite primal, beef protein, whenever i want/need a snack

3 scoops of gaspari real mass, and 2 cups milk, before bed

grand totalling to these macros -

total fat - 113 g
sat fat - 34 g
poly unsant - 10g
mono unsat - 31g
trans - 0g
cholesterol - 600 mg (bad i know)
sodium - 2877 mg
carbs - 547g
fiber - 48g
sugar - 125g (a little high, but its all from the potatoes and milk)
protein - 285 g

total calories - 4277

supplements/ ph-

very minimal. halodrol (h stane) will be run 50/50/75/75/75/75. pct will include nolva at 20/20/10/10 among others such as erase, dpol, creatine.

on cycle -

with morning meal -
one multivitamin
2 fish oil caps
one 25mg halo cap
joint support (super cissus)
echinachea (helps me stay hungry and not sick!)

after post workout meal (roughly 3 hours later) -
4 cycle assist

with 5 pm meal -
1 25 mg halo cap
2 fish oil caps

before bed -
4 cycle assist
2 fish oil caps
1 echinachea
super cissus

***at start of week 3, their will be an additional 2 fish oil caps, and an additional 1 halo cap with morning pills

during pct-

with morning meal-
2 ml (20mg) tamoxifen citrate
3 dpol by purus labs
1 pes erase
5 g creatine monohydrate micronized
1 multi
2 fish oil
4 cycle assist
joint support

before bed -
5 g creatine mono
2 fish oil
4 cycle assist
joint support

***erase will taper up then down again in a 1/2/3/3/2/1 fashion, to prevent rebound.

i dont drink. i dont dip. i dont smoke other than an electric cigarette a buddy left me, and thats only when im reading. i get at least 8 hours sleep every night, normally 9. from 11-8 am. i dont want to have too high of expectation from this cycle, but as i said, it is my first, so im hoping for some pretty nice results. love to have you on for the ride, as well as any advice anyone has! thanks guys.

Day 2. 12-31.

Well. Nothing really yet of course. Had a slight headache upon waking this morning. Nothing intense tho. Weight is up to 216.4 today. Not sure what would cause the spike. More than likely just water. Dont feel anything yet, duh, so bare with me till it gets fun.

Day 3 1-1-12

Happy new years! My gyms closed today so no workout. Still feeling fine. But nothing yet as expected. Weight was 215.4 today. Much more normal for me. Had a weird, hot flash feeling around my abdomen last night about 1 hour after my second dose tho. Idk if its anything related to halo. Probably not. Felt like a goof thermo does when its working, except only in my midsection.

Day 4 1-2-13.

Great chest workout today. But man. My shoulders hurt! I feel like its the onset of dry joints. No fun at all thats forsure.

Flat bench 4x8-10
Incline db- 4x10
Shoulder press behind neck- 4x10
Shrugs - 3x12
Tricep rope- 3x15-18

Day 5- 1-3-13

Good back and biceps workout today. Awesome pump. And really high intensity, but i was able to keep going more than usual. Headaches were awful last night. And shoulders still hurt. Upping the fish oil a bit. Hopefully thatll help.

Day 6- 1-4-13.

Did quads today, hacks, leg press, leg ext, then squats. 3-4 sets each. I do squats last cuz i feel like i get more out of it when my quads are already fatigued. Despite the weight used being lower. Anyways. Felt great. Still have slight headaches but im good.

Day 7- 1-5

Killer shoulders and hams workout (weird split huh?) if you havent already noticed guys, i changed my split becuase the gym i go to/work at was closed new years eve and day. Anyways. Today was weird. I felt unusually powerful and strong. I didnt necessarily lift more weight. I jut felt more, in tune with myself. Very nice. Maybe its that "on" feeling ppl say you get while on some ph. Anyways, i loved it. Rest day tomorrow. Weight for the last three days was 216.8, 216.6, and 218.0 today. Curious as to why this is already climbing? Diet is perfectly consistent except for the addition of the beef protein, but it has no fat sodium or carbs or sugar. I shouldnt be growing already, but if thats what it is, im not gonna complain!!!

Day 7 1-6

Had a major cheat day today. I havent had one single bite of something outside of my very strict regular diet in two weeks so i think its well deserved. Went to buffalo wild wings with the old lady, killed about 15 boneless wings, and some fried pickles. So tomorrow expect a curiously high weight from that extra sodium. And guys. Today i weight 219.0!!! What is up with the weight gain already? I mean its fine but dang i really didnt ever expect halo to make it climb this quickly.

Day 7 1-6

Thats making me hungry. I just started intermittent fasting so I'm having to get used to not eating for 17 hours or so. Big change of pace from eating around 8 meals a day... I want boneless wings!!!

Man im sorry... Haha. Cuz it was quite a treat. Hows the fasting going? Ive never looked too much into it cuz i have a serious problem with muscle wasting away as it is when i cut.

im in with you bro . starting my 1st halo cycle / 1st ph cycle in 2 weeks . so i wanna keep up to date and see how your progress is doing . im used to taking pre workouts every day , going to be kinda hard since i work out 1st thing in the morning . do you get like the same energy after a week as if you were taking a PWO . ? very curious to see what im in for . anyway keep up the gains cant wait to put on some more lean muscle

ok will do , ill be following you in the mean time . thats crazy how much more focused you are . i think im pretty focused in gym . i take craze preworkout . pretty damn good pwo . but yeah i gotta cut all of it out when i start :D

Day 8-

Weight was 219.2 today. Not near the spike i expected after yesterdays cheat. Anyways. Ood chest/shoulders/triceps workout today. Stayed with mostly sets of 8 today. Tried french press/skullcrushers whilst laying on a 45 incline bench. Really nice. You have to make a conscious effort to keep your arms at 45 degrees when u lockout, rather than straight overhead, but if u do that the squeeze at the top is intense! Which is good cuz my lockout strength is poor in comparison to other areas of my triceps.

sorry to hear that ! did you still take the hdrol while you were sick ? go beast it up now that your feeling better!

I did bro. And well, i threw up 30 mins after one of the doses. So it probably did nothing. Shouldnt really effect anything that much. And btw guys. Doms at this point are hellacious. My triceps have lost all function, and i only did 4 fairly light sets on monday..... And theyre still useless now (wednesday afternoon).

Good back and bis workout. Food is still making me nauseous. Only up to 214.6 today. Was hoping to get more back than that but what can you do. Doms are crazy bad at this point. Hopefully weight will come back up over the next two days.

I was expecting that as well. And it very well may be. Soreness isnt a definitive indicator of an unrecovered muscle. But. It definitely is too sore to work again

i like the use alot of spices and ill cheat using some BBQ sauce on my steaks / chicken sometimes . it gets very boring eating healthy just work it out . ill have 1- 2 cheat meals a week , usually 12 pancakes or a dinner a TGIF . could also use a weight gainer shake instead of a meal sometimes . i usually have 1 a day . eat about 4 solid meals and 2 snack meals like almonds / apples / peanut butter , 1 weight gainer shake and 1 post workout shake . . hope this helps a lil :D

damn lol if you are at that point i would go eat like **** for 1 full day than get back to your regular diet man . go beast on those pizzas , chicken wings ! i dont know if periactin would be that great on cycle . dont wanna mix all those drugs >< .

Killer quads workout. Knees were a lil crackly. Due to the dryness i suppose. I really expect some pretty good gains to start coming in the next week. Everyone says halo works magic from week 3 onward. Plus the dose is going up to 75 mg a day starting sunday. Playin the food by ear right now. Normally dont advocate that. But like i said. Im at my breakin point so its better to have a sub par diet than to vomit every time u eat imo.

eat 2 healthly meals a day , 2 crappy meals , 2 protein shakes BOOM!

Also. Im starting 75 mg tomorrow rather than sunday. Shouldnt hurt a thing. I realized im gonna have 1-2 spare at the end of this cycle so ill put it in here i suppose.

Started 75 mg this am. Dangggg am i hot. Burning up guys. Crazy focused but im wearing a golf polo and shorts and i have the AC blasting in my car... Literally stronger heat than any thermo has ever given me. Super weird.

im thinking about running 75 for the full 6 weeks , skipping the 50's i have 2 bottles of halo-plex

I would have, but i only have 2 60 ct bottles. It takes exactly 119 caps to run it at 50
For 2 weeks and then 75 for 4

Decent chest workout. Great feel to it, but numbers are overall lower ): only got about 5 reps with 225 on incline, where i got 9 last week! Thats what bein sick will do. Its really gonna skew the results of this cycle. Anyways, weight was 216.4 today. On its way back up but not very fast.

damn really sucks you got sick last week . i started today . i woke up / excited / scared but than i took the pill saying damn im not natural anymore than i started feeling mad pumped lol . went to gym and had a awesome workout with no pwo . started a new workout today to . doing the layne norton workout . to bad i cant link it cause i dont have 150 posts yet :(
