i am planning to run one of the following cyclew but i am little confused
so testo - primo...
testo - boldenone...or testo alone???
my goal is to add 7-8 kgs...
i am very low in bf% and my workout is the following
40' cardio on empty stomach at 7o pm
and my workout at 16:00 with another 30' cardio at the end of my programm
i am working out 5 days per week
so i am open to your proposals and your opinions...
