First and foremost i want to thank Forerunners (Roydthenoyd) for giving the opportunity on running their Products. This will be my first log ever. I will try my best to keep up to date. This will be a full out bulk. I started upping calories a month and a half ago from 2200k to 2800k and now during cycle I will be at 3000-3200. I never went higher than 75g of carbs till now as I was always on a low carb diet. Training will be low reps (6-8 ). Focus is getting more size. Strength was always there, I was always naturally strong.

Will be running;
Alphamass-6/6/6/10/10/10/10/10
AlphaBulk-6/6/6/10/10/10/10/10

Pct-Anabeta Elite, Erase pro, slineslane v2 and intimidate (maybe). Pct will be for 8 weeks.

Training split-

Sunday- Legs only and some calisthenics and Abs ( I only go on Sundays sometimes when wifey ends up going to the gym)
Mon- Chest (Barbells) & Biceps, Abs
Tuesday- Back, Traps & Triceps
Wednesday- Shoulders, Traps & Legs, abs
Thursday- Chest (Dumbbells), Triceps
Friday- Shoulders, traps, calisthenics, abs
Saturday-off

Currently at 178. lbs
From New York (Lets go Giants) yes Ik the Yankees disappointed us no need to mention them lol.

Goal: Get to 190lbs with minimal fat gain.

After dinner is when ill put up my daily stats. I wish I could put pics up but my tattoos won't allow me. To known in NY haha.

Did you get 3 bottles each because i'm wondering how you would be able to run them both @ 10 Caps per day, Wouldn't that be like 5-6 weeks?

On my mind currently (Random)- About to eat my last meal of the day. Filet mignon with avocado. I never hit 4k calories. The wife made some wheat pasta with the steak and it was delicious. I doubt ill hit 4k cals very often.

Thanx bruh i appreciate it. I'm trying hehe :) dying to see where this puts me, especially this is my first time bulking and hitting 3000 calories with high carbs.

I think my scale is messed up lol. I might have to edit the weight. Ik your not suppose to weigh yourself late day but my scale said 179. Ill update tomm morning.

Woke up feeling good. No mirror change or weight change. Took my first dose with a huge bfast. After about a half hour from dose I feel a bit in a better mood.

Ended up skipping the gym. Felt a little tired. Will go all the way through sat now.

Cons- none so far
Pros- Aurora feeling was felt immediately.

Diet- cals 3769 carbs 271 fat 130 pro 360

Had a good 8.5 hour sleep and woke up refreshed. So far sleep seems better and deeper.

What kind of capsules those are? I can't swallow pills so I usually just open normal capsules and put the powder in spoon and eat it.. I'm wondering if I could use Alpha Series prohormones at all?

Ill post up a pic of them. They contain a fat soluble liquid oil. I'm sure it won't be a problem

Measured today at 16" flexed. I thought they were 14-15". I impressed myself. :)

Good lookin bruh. It wasn't easy. Took alot of trial and error. I want the bigger and more define without flexing. But with me bulking the definition might diminish a bit.

Slept like a baby and woke up feeling good. No grogginess and ready to go to work. Woke up hungry and I had eaten a late dinner.
6am had my bfast with 3:3
Macros for bfast
Cals-1078
Carbs-98
Fats-36
Prot-93
My bfast is usually always the same on the weekdays. So I don't see the need to post it everyday unless I change something. It's been easy hitting 3500-4000 calories per day. Thought it would be hard. Most of my carbs is from oats and protein from eggs and cottage cheese. Fats are from pb and whole eggs

Side note- libido is still there, no raise in bp or lethargy. So far so good

Drank a small coffee at work and it didnt raise my bp either. So consuming some caffeine seems to not raise it while on Alpha mass and bulk.

Woke up feeling good and hungry again. I see this is making eating easy. I want to tear up everything I see. The only problem is, its making me urinate alot. Sometimes when I wake up I would pee twice in 15min About to have my big ass bfast with 3:3.

yeah its using water like it does food lol keep at around 64oz or more a day perhaps 2 gallons a day so ur urine doesnt go all dirtyy cause that would suckk its a sign of kidney and liver problems, any strength or size gains yet?

I drink so much water lol. It's all I drink. I'm probably at 1.5 gallons or a little more per day. No strength gains yet or size. Most noticeable things are good mood, focus and muscles fullness. Strength gains and noticeable muscle change will probably come in week 3. We will see.

Just the look of the bottle with the mist on it makes u want to drink it lol. Lmfao u funny. Word this cycle is making me drink alot too and pissing alot. Gets annoying at times though. Especially when your comfy and need to get up
