Should I continue my routine during PCT ?

So I just questioned whether keeping my strength gains (was cutting no lbm gained) would **** up because of my routine/no testosterone..

LOW Volume
HIGH Volume
Day1: Chest/Calfs/Triceps
Day2: Legs/Abs
Day3: Shoulders/Back/Biceps

Day4:REST
Day5: Chest/Calfs/Triceps
Day6: Legs/Abs
Day7: Shoulders/Back/Biceps

Day8:REST
REPEAT


Should I continue this ?

Or for the first week only hit each body-part once then continue as normal the second week and on, on pct ?


PCT
Clomid: (100) 75/50/25/0/25
Nolva: 0/0/20/20/0

OR
Clomid: (100) 75/50/25/25
Nolva: 0/0/20/0

PCT is tomorrow or Day 1 (Monday) have an extra cap (SD) left so I may take it now..

your pct is missing some ****. and tone it down and deload. the cortisol from 6 days a week is gonna rape your gains

You're going to need some form of cortisol control. Most people use nolva, clomid and then other essentials

youre missing cort control, ai, and tst booster. your pct is not "aight" its basic like youre trying to short change a sd cycle. at least you have the serm though
1) AI, no need for it on SD w/unlimited serm.
2) Serm over ****ty Test Booster (except DAA)
3) I agree on Cortisol

I must add I do have other staples but not for Test recovery.
