My Deca/test e cycle

Alright guys, I've posted before about logging this cycle I am pretty stoked for. For my next cycle will follow this layout Monday Sept. 3.
Test E week 1-12 500mg split monday and thursday
Deca week 1-10 400mg split monday and thursday
Anadrol-50 week 1-4 50mg daily
HCG week 2-12 250iu 2x weekly
PCT week 14-18

Ill give you guys a short history... Im 25 years, sitting at 205lbs today. This is my first cycle that involves Deca. I have done test cycles in the past with dbol. Been lifting since high school weight class. My goals are to gain lean muscle hopefully 225+ by December. I will take some pictures after my workout tomorrow and post them shortly after to show you guys my progress. This log will give me motivation, not that i need any haha. I do have caber on hand for sides

Novla on hand (ive heared it helps gyno and ive ALSO heard it can actually progress the situation) so i wont be using this as of now

My pct will begin 2 weeks after my last injection
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Lean xtreme for cortisol
Novladex (not sure if I'm going to use this yet)
3G DAA daily
I will be running hcg up until my last pin, so there will be no hcg in PCT.
And lastly I am going to continue my exemestane use of 12mg EOD..

Thanks bro. I'm pretty excited for tonight's workout! Feelin a little sick today and having a hard time eating as much but these cold like symptoms should pass over shortly. I'll be doing back, biceps and abs tonight. Should take me about 2 hours. As soon as I get home from work, I'll be pinning!

Killed back/biceps and abs tonight. Got home from work, first thing I did was pin 250 test E/200 deca. I am new to anadrol 50 so I began with only 25mg as my first dose an hour before my workout. Tomorrow I will be taking 25 in the morning and 25 before my workout. Post workout I made some meatballs from ground turkey and some whole grain pasta! yuuum... looking forward to tomorrow. Its leg day! (maybe shoulders as well since I am off of work) so anyway,.. a good first day on cycle. pin went well, no pain at all. took about 3 minutes to inject 1cc. My workout was so intense I almost feel like throwing up right now and while i was at the gym. Im sure the mental part of "im on cycle" gave me a little motivation boost. my lifts were decent tonight. Not too weak but nothing crazy strong either... I expected that. In the upcoming posts I will give a diet example for my day so you guys know what im eating. Thanks for checkin in guys! now to watch the second half of MNF.

Unfortunately I had a set back in my cycle. In the middle of the night last night I got sick. I called out of work today, hopefully I can recoup for a workout tomorrow. I also hope to get my appetite back shortly, but gainer protein shake should pull me through since I can hold a full stomach of food right now. I am upset this happened just a couple days in but I think it was the 24 hr flu or something. I'm feeling much better than the middle of the night so sorry guys. I should be back on my "A Game" tomorrow.

ok just a little update, I believe I am mostly recovered and pulled out of my sickness. Woke up this morning at 8 am with a gainer protein shake, opti men multi. At 10 am 8 egg whites, 3 turkey bacon, and 2 whole grain wheat toast. My workout will be a nice mid day workout (when nobody is at the gym) I will also be killin a tomato and basil chicken breast with some carbs in an hour or two. Also TIME TO PIN! I get so excited about this haha. Any at the same time I will be taking 50mg anadrol 50. I forgot to mention 3-4 fish oil pills will be consumed throughout everyday. I am also going to get myself a blood pressure monitor. I've had a headache for days, but it actually went away today! Gotta run and pin! Ill let you guys know how my workout went and what the rest of my days diet looks like. Trying to get myself back on track asap, since Im not to happy about getting sick and not consuming much yesterday. thanks for checking in!

Good to have you guys! Feelin ok today, my workout was pretty explosive... Did shoulders and abs. My shoulder dumbbell press was lookin like 75-85 lb dumbells for 4 sets for 10 or until failure. By the last set I think I put em up 8 reps. Did dumbell raises to front and side. Rear delts on the fly machine/reverse delt deck. Shrugs with dumbells 2 sets 10-12 reps. Also shrugs on a shrug free weight machine (I don't know what the hell you call that thing). 2 sets 10-12 reps. Finished of shoulders with upright rows 3 sets 10 reps 95-115 lbs. my ab workout I am experimenting on many different movements, I have been trying to pay more attention to my abs lately working them often 3-4 times a week. Also went to buy a blood pressure monitor today and everything checked out ok. I was kinda sweating the bp thing, so it was a relief to see a normal reading. I'm at 200 grams of protein and about to kill a pound of chicken, brown rice, and some green beans! Fortunately I have a good girl, she always makes sure there is enough nutrition around..
Overall today I felt much energy and had an explosive workout. Tomorrow I'll be doing Chest and triceps. And as of my weight since I got sick I'm sure I dropped but I'll get on the scale in 2-3 days. Can't wait for the upcoming weeks!

Ok guys, I'm 5 days into cycle. I feel like I'm beginning to look a lil puffy in a not so bad way. No real distinctive strength gains at this point obv. But I do feel I look full. I worked my way up to 100mg anadrol a day. Took me till today to get there. I just was nervous about it I guess. All checks out cool tho. My second pin in my left quad is shore as s***. But nothing I haven't felt before. I'm glad legs will be Sunday right before my pin Monday because right now I'm havin a rough time squatting further down. I did chest /triceps an hour or so ago. About an hour and a half workout. Went heavy for 4 sets 6-8 reps today on pretty much everything. Tomorrow I'll post my current weight. I hope I have come back from my slump. A little diet example today:
6 am 5 egg whites, 3 turkey bacon,
2 whole wheat toast
7 am. Gainer protein shake
9 am. Sliced pineapple, blueberries, strawberries 10 am 1 apple, lemon garlic chicken breast, green beans
1 pm. Tomato and basil chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice
3 pm. Go lean crunch with low fat yogurt
5 pm Banana, large handful of plain almonds, rice cake
8:30 pm my girl surprised me with a couple slabs of ribs and sweet potatoes for the both of us
10 pm gainer protein shake
And through out the day about a gallon and a half of water. I also got my tudca I will begin supplementing. Never forget my opti-men multi. Fish oil 3g daily. I'm also staying on my exemestane EOD. Amino pills pre workout. Glutamine post workout. I'm also using 1-2 scoops c4.
I believe I have covered it all for the day. BP was 124/74 an hour after workout. Let me know if I missed anything! And thanks to all following my progress. It only fuels my motivation.

Keep killing it bro! That's how I usually train focking heavy for a max of 8 reps! If I can get 8 it's too light! 100mg anadrol is deff where it was at for me. Love the stuff!

Did back tonight, kept it short but sweet. Also nobody there on a Saturday night! Ill end up eating about 250-275 grams of protein before bed. Another dose of exemestane last night, 12mg. Thinking about gettin my caber out, going into week two and will most likely dose .5 twice a week. Not sure how sensitive I am to these issues so IMO better safe than sorry. Ill most likely take .5 at the end of week 2. Feeling great tho. BP was a little high today. something like 141/93 about 45 minutes after workout. Oh ya, and I must have hit a bad spot on my quad thursday because there was a bruise on my leg about 3 inches in diameter. Still hurts. Today the spot turned a little red. hoping for more movement in my legs tomorrow since it is a leg day. gunna keep it short today, I must eat and sleep!

I'd leave the caber until you start getting prolactin sides man. Your body might handle nandrolone fine and you may not require it at all during your cycle. IMO you should just have it on hand incase sides arise.

I agree with this ^^^^

Caber had its set of nasty sides. Get some OTC prolactin control and give that a run first. I keep hearing inhibit p is pretty good and I like the formula.

Week 2 begins today with my third pin, and continued 100mg anadrol ED. Yesterday I did legs and I don't remember if I mentioned but, my right knee has been bothering me for like 6 months while squatting. Its a hit or miss situation, some days it hurts bad, so much I can't squat. Some days (maybe a fourth of the time) I can actually squat. So I have been doing more lunges, leg press, leg extension, weighted box steps, stuff like that to help fill out my quads. Despite that, it was a good workout. Today is a rest day for me, so I am able to get some things done I need like groceries!! As I was flexing today in the mirror, my girl say "ew where did those come from", so I guess I'm growing and I have noticed a slight increase in vascularity and not what I like to call size yet.. but fullness. Still sitting about 204-206lbs today. This is the week though I do expect to see some increase in weight. Based on previous cycles, I hope to be a good 210 by beginning of week 3. My diet will be on key this week. Some of the things I bought were almonds, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, sweet potatoes,ground turkey, Chicken (I eat at minimum 2-3 lbs a day), broccoli, oatmeal, eggs and whites, turkey sausage, lettuce, beans, green beans, apples, bananas, green beans, asparagus, lunch meat,steak, low fat yogurt, whole grain bread, rasin bran cereal, and most likely some more I am forgetting. going to be making a lot of good meals on cycle obviously. 3rd pin went just fine, not painful. I am feeling good overall though. At this point the only sides I have had are increased oil on my face causing some break outs, also a few on my shoulders and back... nothing crazy bad tho. Tomorrow I have a day off and its likely I go to the gym twice because I rarely grant myself a day of rest and feel guilty on rest days haha. Everything is running smooth so far but there is obviously so much time ahead. I'm looking forward to it, I should blow the F*** up shooting for 230lbs at the end of cycle. would equal a 25 lb gain. Everyday tho still a lot of fish oil, tudca liver support, multi, glutamine, amino. Libido is alright, in fact I think it increased. Im going to eat and get some rest and tomorrow I will kill abs, shoulders and if I go twice Ill be doing chest and triceps as well. I am sorry for any information I may be leaving out since I am relatively new to the forums I lack structure in my posts. Thanks guys!

Now obviously I haven't consumed anything past 4 pm, but this is a good example of what I will finish my day off with.
Today in the gym I did shoulders and I really noticed an increase in upright rows. I used to use about 110-115 lbs and I will doin 135 lbs today with no problem. Mixed up a lot of different things today. I did abs as well when I first walked into the gym. Tomorrow I will get up on the scale and let you guys know if my weight is starting to shoot up. Judging by the way I feel and look, I'm pushing 209-210 lbs. Ill know for sure tomorrow though.

Sides: oily skin, some break outs
libido is high and I haven't noticed testicular atrophy yet, I expect it soon. Will be mixing my hcg to get it ready. My first injection of 250 iu will be sunday night, the day before my test/deca pin.
Staying on top of my exemestane 12 mg EOD. Anadrol 100 mg ED.

Looking to pick up a new protein. Ill most likely get 2 a fast acting and slow digestive. Any recommendations? I've been using pro complex gainer. I currently have no isolates.

BP has been just a little high on a few readings, Ill take it right now... 131/73 my pulse 81. And it has been very much like that.

I have been sleeping pretty well. Very little night sweats. Last cycle I woke up in a puddle of sweat in the middle of the night nearly every night!
Looking forward to chest next, looking to add a little more weight than normal. I know its early but when I get going in the gym and I get in the zone there is no stopping. I just continue to pump reps out and its awesome. The pump is getting to feel good. Not as powerful as I remember yet but getting there for sure.

Now I have these ampules of HCG. Never used hcg before. When I break this thing open, can I inject 1 cc right into the ampule and swirl around to mix it. I thought the hcg would come in a vail. so Im not sure the best way to extract and mix. Now I have sterile empty vials and i know im putting 10 cc every 5000 iu. First mixing 1 cc bac water with the hcg. Then put that in the empty. and add 9 more cc of bac water. Now somebody please help me and tell me the easiest way to mix from the ampule! I am afraid Ill spill lol, and not sure if its ok to just mix directly in the broke ampule after I break the top off.

I use optimum casein for slow digesting but it's rarer expensive but delicious! I am just finishing up elite which has many types if fast and slow digesting proteins. I drink it before bed with a cup of Greek yogurt and peanut butter blended together. Tastes like chalk but $35 for 5lbs...can't beat that. For fast digesting I just bought some BSN syntha 6. It's tastes amazing and I only bought it as a treat for doing very well during my cycle, gotta treat ourself to a nice protein every once in a while. Save your money on the gainer shakes and just throw in oatmeal yogurt and peanut butter. A lot more for a lot less.

Got back from the gym. Chest/triceps today. F***in pumped in the gym. This is the first day I can say ****s kicking in. I had a pump that made my chest just bursting. I did push more weight than normal today, and I think I'm looking real good. My workout looked something like this...

Incline barbell
Just the bar- 1 set 20 reps
135 lbs- 2nd set 12 reps
185- 2x10, 1 set maybe 8 reps

Dumbell flat bench
90lbs- 1x10
100lbs 1x10
110lbs 1x9

Decline barbell
225lbs- 2x10
245lbs 1x8

Weighted Dips

stacked the machine for 3 sets... nuf said haha

(holding my palms facing each other, pressing each dumbell together and pressing)

I believe that covered all my workout. I may be missing one. Took an hour and a half about maybe 1hr 45mins. took my blood pressure and off the top of my head it was like 111/70 with a pulse of 80... maybe I should take it again haha. And my weight... 208lbs. I would say my official weight at the beginning of cycle was 204lbs. I expect to be over 210lbs in 3-4days.

When I got home from my workout my skin felt so tight, especially on my chest and nipples... Not sure if I remember this last time. Felt so tight, i thought for a little I felt my nips burning but maybe I may be a little paranoid.

And I appreciate the help choosing proteins, I went with BSN Syntha 6 and tomorrow Ill be picking up the other (haven't decided which casein yet). so far I am very happy with my cycle overall. Today was a benchmark, Im beginning to feel a pump that reminds me how great it feels. I will be mixing my hcg tomorrow. I intend on pining the night before my test shot, sunday and wednesday. 250iu 2x a week. This will begin this weekend which will be the beginning of week 3. I have yet to hear if I am able to mix in the ampule. Hoping someone will help me out here. otherwise, i just gunna break the ampule, inject 1cc inside the broken ampule, swish it around, draw it up and put it in my sterile vail with 9 more cc bac water... cool?

Just found an article that said when I break the ampule, I can mix 1 cc directly in that ampule. Glad I figured this out. First time using hcg, I was stressin.... Stoked for back today. I usually do 35 lb weighted pull ups. Today I just gunna throw on a 45 plate and see what happens. Got a lot of sleep last night. Im off work today. So later after my workout I will put an update up. Its Thursday! Time to go pin some more test/teca...

Day 12
I'm frustrated today as I stepped on the scale at only 206lbs. I know based on previous cycles that it took some time to start gaining weight but once I did it was something outrageous. Like 5-7 lb gain a week. I'm hoping to accomplish that next week as I will be going into week 3.
Tonight or tomorrow I will be mixing my hcg to get it ready for Sunday night. Should be a simple process. Going to mix 5000 iu. And that should last majority of my cycle in the fridge. I do have extra hcg as well.
My diet has been good. I guess the good thing about my long work days is I'm up from 5 am to about 10 pm. This gives me plenty of time to eat many meals to get my nutrition for the day.
I ordered optimum casein protein. I got a good deal on it. As I mentioned before I already picked up Bsn syntha 6. Additionally I ordered muscle pharm amino1. Should be a good supplement. I'll let you guys know what I think of these in a week or so.
Tonight is time to kill legs and abs. My pin surprisingly does not feel to bad. Yesterday my left quad pin must have hit a weird spot as it bled more than normal.
Other than my frustration over my weight. I feel and look good. Definitely more full and vascular looking. Especially when I feel the pump. I am very much enjoying the feeling in the gym.
Gunna keep it short n sweet. I'm working. Thanks guys. I'll put up an extensive post tomorrow night.

I have noticed an increase in size. My 12th day of anadrol. Was doing just 50 mg the first five days. Then after I felt it out bumped to 100. Others have commented as well. I just expected anadrol to aggressively increase my weight. I know mostly water, but I will have no problem solidifying that size in the later weeks.

Honestly bro, I dot care what my scale says. I go by the mirror and I am always measuring myself. As long as I keep getting bigger I could careless of the scale said 220 or 240.

I hear ya bro, I'm just so stoked for my cycle. N the pump in the gym is so good. This ain't my first cycle. So I hope that adding deca will yield just as much progression as far as results as my last or first cycle.

Man don't sweat it about the weight. Your running long esters so they usually take around 4 weeks or so to get stable and start really working their magic! I remember pinning my quad, stuck the needle in, aspirated, injected then when I pulled out blood shot out over a foot! Thanks man. Ya Ive decided not to step on the scale until end of week 3. As much as I desire to be 220-240lbs I still am lookin good. I'm definitely noticing people turning their heads at the gym. I'm swelling up fast. My girl noticed, and people have made remarks about my increase in size. Switched it up last night to match a buddies routine. I did shoulders instead of legs last night. I'll be hitting legs and abs tonight.
And by the was the casein protein I bought... Yuck... Haha. Imma have to force these down. Syntha 6 peanut butter chocolate is really good tasting tho. And I also love the amino1 by MuscPharm. I think I got like a cherry lime flavor. Best tasting I have ever had. Seriously if u guys like amino powders. Buy this ****.
Not going to squat tonight as my knee is acting up. But I'll manage to have a workout like I haven't had in a while. The pump like I said is amazing. When I grab the weights look in the mirror. Veins pop out even in my upper chest and shoulders. Like I've never seen before. Just bulging. So far 2 weeks near complete and I'm loving it...

Just a suggestion so don't take it wrong. And I'm actually surprised no one else has suggested this (unless I missed it) You may want to look into running your Deca longer. IMO 10 weeks isn't near long enough. Most suggest 12-16 weeks on Deca. Like I said bro just a suggestion.

I thought I posted that but I now believe it was in a post from my mobile that froze in the process. I lost everything I wrote. I will also be going on a cruise now right after Christmas. So I am scheduling my last pin right before I leave. I had originally not planned this vaca but my mom wants to take the family, and I certainly will take a free cruise. Plus, perfect timing. I'll be jacked. Now I just have to find a way of taking exemestane with me so I can continue the AI until I come back for PCT.

Dude I totally welcome anyone opinion. Yes in the beginning I was going to run deca 10 weeks. I now plan on running deca 12 weeks and test 14. I have enough supplies. I thought I posted that but I now believe it was in a post from my mobile that froze in the process. I lost everything I wrote. I will also be going on a cruise now right after Christmas. So I am scheduling my last pin right before I leave. I had originally not planned this vaca but my mom wants to take the family, and I certainly will take a free cruise. Plus, perfect timing. I'll be jacked. Now I just have to find a way of taking exemestane with me so I can continue the AI until I come back for PCT.
Shouldn't be a problem. They aren't drugs dogs could sniff out and just throw them I a bag wit all your multivitamins.

Legs and abs today. As I mentioned before, my knee is bad. It bothered me a little today but I was able to work through it and get a good pump in my legs.

10 minute warm up on eliptical

I also squeezed in 25 minutes of various ab exercises. Which I am glad cause I have not hit abs in like 4-5 days and I have been trying to do them almost every other day.

Tonight I mixed my hcg. Broke the ampule open, and it did not break clean.. I had to fish two glass pieces laying on top of the hcg. I would do that.... after that tho, I think i got everything mixed and in the fridge without any pieces of glass mixed in my solution. This 5000 iu should last me 10 weeks. I have 10000 iu in stock on top of that. I am thinking I should do the first hcg shot tomorrow night. Monday begins week 3. 250iu 2x per week. Does anyone know if hcg will effect my appetite... I heard this once and am just thinking Ill have to cram food down... not that im not already doing that.

My strength is getting better everyday. And every time I look in the mirror I see myself filling out. I think Ill do progress pictures every 4 weeks. So 2 more weeks you guys can see what i look like. I also am finding myself training at LEAST 6 days a week. Hitting most the body twice a week. I think its time for me to sleep guys... peace
