i started cycle yesterday

m1,4add has a very short half life so i popped one at noon and one prework out with one cap of sd.(5pm)
and i injected 1ml of test e 300. bomb smooth **** too.

1m,4add 60mg
sd 10 mg
test e 300mg
udca 500mg

started increasing diet.

gym was good it was leg day. all these bitch ass ho's running around trying to get there chest swoll, cuz its all they do. so i do legs on mondays. i hurt my knee 2 weeks ago, it was more of a pinch on the up left side of my knee. so ive been taking it easy for the past 2 weeks. yesterday that lil mother focker was ready to get busy.

i used this pivoting squat thing, u stack weights on it and then get under it. its strange but i like it. i have my back pierced with a 2 inch bar so doing reall squats hurts and pulls the piercing.

So small update::

maybe swapping out the Trenavar & dzine for Tren ace and Winny(injcetable)(maybe anvar). i would like to as this would be slightly less taxing on the liver.

Hunger is way the **** up. i have been starving all day!

last night i woke up at like three am feeling really good, like i was on pain killers, went back to sleep and woke up with nothing. experienced some headaches today and some nausea, nothing to sever but enough to note it. i weight in today at 213lb which means i am retaining 10 pounds of water roughly. this is only day for and im up ~11 lbs. which you can really see my abs are not very visable. im going to try and hold of on the adex as long as im not getting any nipple issues. the bloat doesnt concern me i know it will come off later. plus its a nice cushion while lifting heavy.

ive been taking 3g but ill up it. its not a big deal, it just means the drugs is working. the only time i ever get them is doing lower back or squats. cant wait to have this test kick in full strength. ill run out of testp at the end of week3 and i think the test e should just start to be kicking in.

yeah i got bloods, pre cycle. i might get some at the 3 week mark, before i start adex, then another one at the end of week 4 to see how well the adex is working. then i will get them at six week to see how my liver is doing post SD/1m,4add.

on another note, i was a huge ******* to my little brother the other day. it was totally uncalled for and i felt really bad afterwards. his girlfriend broke up with him Thursday, and hes been going through some rough times he is 22 and hasnt found his place. i just unloaded on him for no reason. alot of stuff that didnt need to be said. i was hungry and i just become this ******* when i dont eat. i ate and apologized he forgave me but. i still feel like a piece of ****. im going to try harder to be better than that. Body building to me is about striving to be something that at my core im not. its more than gaining muscles its about being a better person and that means in all aspects of my life. i use to be a very bad person, did allot of terrible things to allot of people who didnt deserve it. and i have been set on a new path. i failed the other day. and i will work harder to try and avoid being that person in the future.

nothing really new to report, strenght up but pullups were down. i thhink its because im 14lbs heavier than usual.

now the good stuff, i cant stop banging the **** out of my girl. luckly she has been down for whatever because i have been beating it like it stole somethin.. 3-4 times a night and at least once in the morning. the girl doesnt normally take it in the ass but the past weekend like i said she has been DTF. So i guess what im saying is AMERICA!!

blood pressure 142/80 and urine has a slight brown ting to it already, im goign to start tring to hit 2.5 gallons aday

i will be getting blood work done next thursday and i will post it. hoping to see test levels off the chart and estro at around 30. and excellent lipid values . cross your finigers

ordered some TNE for later on durning the cycle to use preworkout. probably around week 8. and im deffentally going to order some TRen a. and some other cutting agent for the last6-8 weeks. i dont want mast p because my body fat is too high. and i dont think ill run anvar. so ill probably get some winny. if i go the PH route ill go with epi with maybe some furuaz. what do yall think?

yeah i was leaning towards these two. the original goal of this cycle was to bulk. thats why the Dzine finisher. but i always end up wanting to cut cuz it looks so good. i know its hard to make gains after 8-10 weeks though so if im going to be on i might as well be cutting that **** up.

do you think its possiable to still gain past 10 weeks?

Sorry for my tardiness bro, I've love banging whores. About your question, Raloxifene is fine with a 19nor, it doesn't upregulate the PR. I'm actually glad u researched, most ppl dick-ride nolva and don't even know what raloxifene is, the only person I've even know who uses it on here is Morry, and u know he knows his sh*t.

what up so i thought i updated the other day. i must have done it in someone elses log.

day 11 off day
test p 200mg, sd 20mg/1m,4add 120mg...last day of testp...also did.25dex

i ended up going to bed right after work. had to get my sleep straight cuz it was all ****ed up.

day 13
sd30mg/1m,4add 120mg

today is the motha ****ing day. bumped sd to 30mg. i will be working out chest, then do a short back work out. since everything has kicked in im going to start taking advantage. ill be working out 6 days a week. each day will have a major muscle group and a minor one. that way will be hitting all groups 2-3times a week. i will do this for sure till the sd clears maybe longer. still virtually no cardio, hitting abs 4-5 times a week along with the erictous spinal muscles. and calves. calories are going strong. high protein high carb, a good amount of health fat. i think the sd is really leaning me out. i was bloated for a while i believe do to such i high dosage of test and the 1m,4add but i woke up today looking good. i notice when i put my pants on that the water bloat was gone.

sex drive is still ****ing crazy. fortuanatly my GF has been more of a freak lately.. so thats awesome. i also got a bunch of TNE. from a really good source. i got 3 vials. im saving that for later, not sure when but i think it will come in handy when i do a calorie restricted cut. i changed out the trenavar and dzine. i will not be running them. instead i will be running Tren a, and some other oral. so there just laying in a box now. ill probably throw them on ebay for a good price. i already sell alot of sd on there. i will also be getting bloods to see if it will be possiable to run sd a 5th week. i doubt it because im already at 30mg and even with the UDCA i feel like my liver values will be trashed. hopefully i will cuz that will give me a huge advantage over airborne.

work out this evening will consist of hammer strength chest machines and DB. i will also use the hammer strength back machines and some rows. abs and calves as usual.

I like it alot, but I wouldnt run it solo. Really lubes up the joints. And I feel ****ing amazing. I'll never run sd with out it.

dangerdave has talked me into anvar. we took into account my bf and decided that would be the best one for me. im not cutting on the end, im going for a recomp and i think with the tren/anvar ill be able to continue gaining while shreading off some fat. would like to finish cylce at 8% with 30lbs+ of gains. i couldnt decide between var, winny, tbol. im excited about all three.

What up. Today is my Friday! And I only work 2 days this week. I'll be ass bangin my girl and slay'n weights all weekend. Gona put on 10bs in the next 7 days. That's no joke. I'll post weight tommorow. I'm shooting for 10lbs by next Monday.

so my post work out was 220lbs. im up 18lbs. i dont count night weigh ins. only morning ones. so ill check the weight in the morning and i want o gain 10lbs by next Monday morning. this is going to be some hard core carb action. ill be upping fats too. protein will be at 400g thats only 50 more grams than usual. this is officially the biggest i have ever been. and im only 2 weeks in on this cycle. free blow jobs for everyone. ull have to find ur own worker but im buying
