What's up folks! In roughly 5 weeks, after my little one is born in July it's gonna get crazy!! This will be my first log here on AM. Hopefully I have enough time to kill it while taking care of a new born and my 3yr old daughter. I just joined the community a few months back and love all the great info. here. I have done PH's off and on for the past 8 years with the last one being a solo SD cycle for a five weeker. Got great results on cycle and ate whatever I wanted, literally. I learned quite a bit about my body from this cycle and broke many PR's, so I am ready to entertain a new one. I am 33yrs old and have been lifting since high school. I have always been super strong with decent genetics. I am 5'10", and hover around 205lbs. no idea on body fat, prob. 12-15%. Here is what my cycle will look like for a RECOMP: Goal is to get JACKED while cutting fat on a 7 week cycle.
ON CYCLE:
LGI SD or Transform SD: 10/10/10/10/10/10
LGI EPI-10: 30/40/40/50/50/50
AMS 4ad RDe: 0/0/400/400/600/600/800/800

I have no problem if anyone would like to comment on dosing, but should be good. I am only running the 4ad to combat lethargy and any other benefits it may bring along the way.
I have just started to diet after all these years of working out. I have always used protein powders as a staple over the years but never cared about anything else. My favorite is killing ice cream before I go to bed, but have now realized this is not so good as I am not young anymore. I will focus on plenty of protein such as powders, chic, fish, nuts, peanut butter and plenty of complex carbs. since SD is a carb hungry PH and want to combat lethargy. Also limiting bad fats as I will try to not dirty bulk this time around. I will not count calories as this is impossible as I work 50-60hrs/wk as an auto service mngr.
I'm preparing to get crazy so who's coming along with me? I will post pics and vids occasionally throughout the journey starting roughly mid to late July. Can't wait to be ON!!!
