I will be logging my RPN Havoc Cycle here. I am currently on day 12 of my havoc cycle and have seen small changes so far.
Stats: 23 years old, 5'7, 163 pounds (just finished cutting and starting to gain mass back).
Approximately 12-13% bf, and I hold most of my fat and water in the an/ love handle area.
Diet: 3100 calories a day, IIFYM 250 P/300 C/ 100 F
Dosage: 20/30/30/40/40/50(?)
PCT: I have clomid, DAA, and tribulus.
Goal for this cycle is to put on 8-10 lbs of lean mass while losing bf, and I have seen small results through day 12.
Sides through 12 days have been decreased load volume and dry joints. Had some lethargy and headaches during first few days but they went away.
Also, pissed out a ton of water the first few days while drinking 1-2 gallons of water per day, and my muscles feel slightly harder.
I am considering a bridge with trenazone.
Training will mostly be bodybuilding style with compound lifts.
Example: Chest Day: 3 sets bench press, 4 sets incline bench, 3 sets dips, 3 sets cable crossover.
