Here is a straightforward log of Ostarine I am doing. In looking into this compound I didn't see many logs that focused just on the effects of Ostarine by itself. Not in PCT, Not Stacked with PHs, Not Stacked with any other Sarms.
I plan on dosing it for 6 weeks and took my second dose this morning. I will be dosing it one time a day because I have read its half-life is around 24 hours
My first two days I dosed at 12.5mg and I will be dosing it like this for the first week and then I will bump it up from there depending on how I feel.
I follow the leangains diet advocated by Martin Berkhan. This is my second time using this diet and have already been on it for a month before starting the Ostarine.
I will update how Osta is affecting my workouts and any side effects I am experiencing.
