Hey guys long time reader first time post.
Im about to run my first cycle ever and I want to double and triple check I do everything right. My friend who has done the exact same cycle gave me some advice on it. I plan on running a test/deca stack at 400mg test per week /300mg of deca per week.
wk 1-11 300mg deca mon/thurs
wk 2-12 400mg test mon/thurs
PCT
half a tablet of armidex during the cycle every other day
Novla last 4 weeks of cycle till I run out
Any help/advice appreciated!
