Max cycle length on first time

Hey forum..
What's everyones thoughts on max cycle length for your first? 8 weeks into a dbol prop cycle. Dbol finished now tho.
I've been told you can saturate your receptors, causing less of an effect by the aas on a future cycle,

I wouldn't go past 12 weeks on test prop and after PCT let the receptors "clean out" for a while. You can go longer but with diminishing returns.

Thanks Burlyman.all finished now... I Notices my gains had stopped, think I've flooded my receptors as the last 4 weeks of my cycle I just noticed a hard looking physique but the scale didn't go up.

So your opinion on time off ? Take the same time off as a minimum?
