Baseball pitcher coming off shoulder surgery

I'm a 22 year pitcher and I had labrum and rotator cuff surgery over a year ago and I am not back to where I use to be before surgery! I'm looking for something to take to help me get back to where I was before I was injured! If anyone can comment that would be great!
