I am already three weeks into my first cycle with "real" gear. I did a helladrol cycle a while back, used clomid for PCT and had good results, so I have decided to take the plunge.
Week 1-4 600mg Test E, 100 mg Test Prop EOD.
Week 5-8 600mg Test E
Week 8-12 800mg Test E
Week 2 I started using forma stanzonal as the bloat was getting really ****ty. It works as advertised. It is the beginning of week three and I just switched to Arimidex .5mg EOD. I was planning on starting that in week 4 but I've got enough to just run it all the way through. I HATED the bloat and won't run another cycle without an AI, ever.
PCT: I am going to run nolva weeks 11-14, and then start clomid for four weeks on week 14 once all the Test E is out of my system. I'm also going to take tribulus and creatine during PCT to try and keep my gains.
Other Supps: I take NOExplode, milk thistle, saw palmetto, a multi-vitamin, and fish oil year round. I've also got some Glucosamine, chonodroitin, MSM joint support supps on hand in the event that I over do the AI and dry out my joints. Helladrol did that too me at the end of my cycle and really ****ed my **** up.
If this goes well then after PCT and a four month hiatus from AAS, I want to run another cycle with a Test E base and some type of oral (still researching what that cycle will look like).
I had planned to take HCG from weeks 4-11 but all be damned if my HCG source didn't fall through. End of week three and the boys are definitely smaller I can tell I am shut down. I know a lot of guys cycle without HCG but I'm still working on getting some. If I can run some HCG mid-cycle I figure I will keep more gains when I come off because PCT will be easier. I had EVERYTHING in hand before I started my cycle EXCEPT the HCG, should have listened I know having everything in hand before you start is the protocol everyone preaches and looks like I should have listened.
I'll give a run down of my experiences so far and then update bi-weekly or so.
WEEK 1
Beginning of week 1 I was weighing in at about 225lbs. As a reference, I was doing 225lbs on bench press for 6-8 reps (three sets). I was doing three sets of twelve on squats with 225lbs (weak sauce I know). Right now I am three weeks in and I maxed 315 on bench yesterday and am doing three sets of six with 275lbs on bench press. I'm also doing three sets of ten with 315 on squats.
Week one I felt real motivated and had good workouts. Likely a mental thing. I did notice some additional fatigue and lethargy during during week 1 in general but that has passed. I wasn't taking an AI so at the end of Week 1 I was so ****ing bloated.
WEEK 2
I missed two workouts because of painful injection sites. I have been very careful about making sure that I do everything correctly and everything is sterile. Watched a bunch of videos on youtube and did research on where / how to safely inject, etc. I was beginning to worry that I was doing something wrong or that there was something wrong with the gear. I mean, I'm no *****, and the pain was so bad I could barely walk at times. I knew I wasn't dealing with infections because of my research, but holy ****. I damn near wanted to say the hell with it and skip straight to PCT. Since then apparently my muscles have adapted or developed scar tissue because I've been able to push through the pain and its been getting better and better. I am rotating injection sites, between my glutes and my shoulders. I did an quadricep shot once and holy **** I'm not doing those again, really ****ed up my leg training for a few days there.
I was also having serious problems with bloating and started the forma stanzonal because I had originally planned to save the Arimidex to start taking it at week 4. I had no idea I would bloat so fast. By week two I was pushing 240lbs, mostly water weight. It was ****ing brutal and I felt like a beached whale. The forma stanzonol did the trick, it took me only a couple of days to lose about ten lbs of water.
WEEK 3
Cycle is really starting to come into its own. I'm at the beginning of week three and I've only got one more week of the test prop kicker, after that I get to stick to Test E only as it will be built up and kicking in. My lifts are WAY up, I am probably at least 25% stronger if not more so. Right now I am weighing 235lbs solid. Thats ten ****ing lbs I've gained already and its mostly dry.
I am ****ing stoked!! I can't wait to get off work and lift today, every single time I hit the gym I get stronger. This cycle is going GREAT so far. Getting over the initial hump of learning to pin and letting my body adapt has been the worst / hardest part so far. Holy **** I could barely move there for about a week / week and a half. I think I might just run a Test E base and some orals for my next cycle so I don't have to **** with these needles so much. My wife has become a professional little injection nurse at this point we have the **** down to a science, lol. She is very supportive and we train together so its been great. It was a rocky start but I'm getting stronger every day and I ****ing feel like Jesus, lol. I'll try to post some "before" pics and then update with progress pics as I go along.
