Need assistance on Nolvadex

When taking sup-drol would it look something like this?
Week 1-4 -> SD, Liver protection, blood, cholest, heart, taurine, yadda yadda, all the norm
Week 4-8-9 -> Serm=nolvadex, ai, pct, liver cleanse, tboost, -- Ai extended furter out onto 9.

Okay for supdrol i know the Nolvadex is is normall [30or40]/20/20/20 - now my question here is since nolva has about a 5day h-life do i take it once-twice-three times a week during pct spaced evenly? or 30mg taken every day
i've also read that nolvadex or any serm for that matter is/have been taken "during" a cycle, would this be the same for supdrol?
or start serm and all other on last day of supdrol?

im not too clear on when to take the serm and ai

My question still stands specifically to when to TAKE nolvadex. every single day of the PCT? I've read that 'bible' and it still says week 7 Nolvadex 30mg/PCT, i got that, my question is if its every day or once or twice or such.
