I have been on eca for a month now and my shipment of clen and t3 is on its way. I will be running epi alongside it. Do i need to break from the eca before the clen to refresh? Or should I just start Benedryl now?

Take at least 2-4 week break in between...I had this question before I did a ton of research I know there is an article out there about taking at least a few weeks of in between

After you take a break you will feel more energy again. I know I stop feeling it the longer I'm on it. It still effective but the break will do you good.
