Right now I am on 5[SUP]th[/SUP] week with zero sides, reduction of body fat, a little size, little extra water, little hardness, extra strength, pumps , so far so good.

PCT : 30days with Nolvadex, 20mg ED, (AstraZeneca) + Biotivia, Bio Forge Pro Max + Trans Resveratrol



Diet: eating clean food , 4 meals per day (30p/60c/10f) + fruits + almonds ect. So with whey protein shake totally 6 meals per day.

For my PCT I decided to replace liv52 with some bile acids (UDCA, TUDCA).

Now I added some joint support supplements (collagen, gluco, MSM, Hyaluronic, Chondro) just for protection because I play extremely heavy with the weights.



Very good strength gains so far.


Libido is very high. Alpha male feeling.

Very good PH with balanced ana/andro ratio.




I love p-mag.

I have ran pmag a couple times with good results also. I remember always feeling 'good' and a sense of well-being. I will actually be running Mechabol from Antaeous Labs as soon as it arrives. Hearing about your gains has me psyched up to start my run! Keep us posted on your gains!

I think Antaeus labs made a very good wise choice to release in the market such a product. I will definitely give it a try. There not so many p-mag products in the market right now and there are plenty of h-drol products. In my opinion p-mag is better than h-drol to all aspects and kicks faster. I like those products that make you feel good and give you solid strength gains and keepable gains with no sides.

OK, 7 days left with p-mag (I will start soon 100mg/d) and so far everything goes perfect.
To be honest I didn’t expect such a strength gains
Bench press
Usually I bench press 220lbs for 8-10 reps
This week I did 265lbs for 8 reps, but I also did 330lbs for 1rep
Leg press
Usually I leg press 450lbs for 10 reps
This week I did 770lbs for 8 reps!
Shoulder press
Usually I shoulder press with 70lbs dumbbells for 8-10reps
This week I did shoulder press with 88lbs dumbbells for 6 reps!
For my back I chose to do some extra reps instead of play heavier
For example more reps with wide/close -grip pull -up/down, some 21s, usually I go for 12reps X 3sets, seated cable row heavier but I kept 10-12reps.
On cycle I did cardio 20’ minutes on rest days X2 times a week with low intensity.



My strategy was very high volume on the first 3 weeks of the cycle with super/compound/giant sets, 21s, rest pause and other techniques and after on the 4[SUP]th[/SUP] and 5[SUP]th[/SUP] week I just played heavier only to one exercise/muscle, keeping the high volume. The final week of my cycle I gonna change my program and I will go for upper/lower body till the end of my PCT. So next week I gonna start low volume and I ll also play heavy but just for one more week, and after I will go normal intensity upper/lower body till the end of PCT increasing the cardio (HIIT cardio).

Well, yes indeed, it’s too hard to find now TUDCA and even if you find somewhere it is expensive.
However, TUDCA at the end of the day is just a taurinated bile acid and it is still OTC I think.

So you have only two choices:


1)You take some UDCA from the pharmacy which is very cheap.


2) or if you want something even cheaper and OTC and taurinated bile acids go for Jarrow Formulas, Bile Acid Factors, 333 mg, 90 Capsules (iherb)


It’s not exactly TUDCA but is taurinated bile acids, OTC, good reviews, cheap and it works.

Today I did back training and I did seated
cable row 260lbs for 8 reps!
Usually I go around 200lbs for 10-12 reps.

I live in Greece. (Greece in Europe). In Greece there are many pharmacies could give you UDCA, Nolvadex, Arimidex, ect some even Test! Without any prescription! Ursodiol costs here around 13 euros and Nolvadex Astra Zeneca around 7 euros.
But if was living in US or somewhere else I would go to a doctor and I would tell him to prescribe me some UDCA. I would tell him the truth. I am steroid user. No big deal I think and at the end of day you ask him to prescribe you some UDCA not Test. Not so big deal I think. But I don’t know how things work over there but always you can find an open window somewhere I think.

OK, yesterday was first day with 100mg. No sides but I think yesterday I little overreaching (overtraining). I had chest/biceps, I decided to extend my program for one more week and I am going to change my program the next week finally. 3 friends in the gym ask me if I started taking steroids, I told them no and maybe is the new creatine effect, I am natural and one of them he said, no man, come on you look bigger , don’t bull**** me…
Well that’s the best proof for a successful cycle.
bench press:
very good warm up and 220X10,242X8, 264X6, 308X4
I did 330lbs 2 reps bench press!
Plus two sets 21s with 132lbs
am I crazy old bastard son of beach or what?
Who is the man now?
I am the man!
Unfortunately there are not many pills left and the cycle comes to the end soon.
Next time maybe I gonna extend it for one more week (7weeks).
I use one month now just for protection Avalon Organics, Biotin B-Complex Therapy Thickening Shampoo and I noticed thicker and stronger hair too. Good product.

The cycle was very successful, if I had to change something, I would replace Liv52 with Jarrow Formulas, Bile Acid Factors, 1gr/D or UDCA 250mg/D.
That’s because in the last two week of my cycle I felt the toxicity of p-mag with more frequent visits to the toilet and a lot of gas.
75mgs/D is optimal with p-mag. I would recommend stacking it with something else and bridging instead of increasing the dosage to 100mg/D. Next time I will stack it with something else non-methyled..
Second day of my PCT

I use before bed:
Nolvadex, 20mg + Biotivia, Bio Forge Pro Max (also in the morning) + 200mg Trans Resveratrol

OK that’s almost the end of my PCT. I finally did Nolva 20 for 3 weeks and 10 for 5 days and 5 for 5 days but also I could do 10/10/10/10. And …+ Biotivia, Bio Forge Pro Max + Trans Resveratrol 200 ED of course for the first 20 days.


I gained on cycle 8lbs I kept at the end of my PCT 5lbs.

WELL DONE!
