I have finally ordered my cut stack/recomp for April...Little about me I'm bulking until April still as of this morning I'm 5'8 192lb and with calipers I'm 16% bf
Been training since I was 18 on and off but due to almost dying from a collapsed lung i wasnt able to lift for awhile but now I've been training very constantly for almost a year and been dieting like a champ for about 6 months now but my bench squat and dead are really lacking due to not having knowledge when I first started lifting and I honestly never benched or squated or dead lifted until about a year ago and since then the gains have been insane also I am a meso body type so I'm sure I will respond nice to my first PH and I'll make this log detailed and answer any and all questions!!! ok guys so here is my cycle

CYCLE: see page 3 for cycle

I'll be doing 50mg of hella in the am then 25mg 12 hours later

PCT: Clomid daa erase pro anabeta and powerFULL....And for the whole cycle plus pct ill run cycle assist, milk thistle, hawthorn berry

NUTRITION: Lifting days I'll be at 2500 cals Cardio days will be 2300 cals Rest days 2100 cals

SUPPLEMENTS: My staple supps are whey one scoop after training only other then that real food only and Creatine, muilt vitamin,fish oil and my own intra workout drink (10g BCAAs in a water bottle with 2/3s water n 1/3 Gatorade with a squirt or two of mio water enhancer

TRAINING: Thursday chest n tris
Friday back n bis
Sat off
Sunday legs n abs
Monday shoulders and traps but since I'm lacking in my chest n back I want to SS at least 2 exercises for each on this day as well
Tuesday 20-30 mins of sprints
Wed 20-30 mins of sprints

yes I will do starting pics and update pics every 2 weeks (same pose same time same day of the week) and until I start my cycle I'll update about how my bulk is going and give some examples of my workouts and diet

First pic is dec 1st pre bulk (178lb) the back pic is mid bulk I'd say around Jan 1st I have to take an updated one ... third is feb 17th (190lb) about 11-12 weeks into bulking

Glad to be of help, there was a recent AM article about how to really blast the back with modifications of exercises. It might be a great read if that is where you feel you are lacking the most.

So if I start in the middle of April my deadline is middle of July so if I don't produce a 6 pack by then neg me into the abyss :) (first 3 ppl to neg me will be manbeast r1balla and aaronjp lol)

It will help hold the gains for sure, again lets take a look at where your body will be right when you finish a cycle (when it comes to holding mass):

testosterone: bottomed out, no production.
cortisol: probably pretty high due to the extra stress from the intense on-cycle training.

So the last thing we want to do is increase cortisol (through high intensity workouts), or induce a caloric deficit, because without testosterone, muscle catabolism will be incredibly high.

Figured I'd shed some light on my daily bulking day now of course food will differ but you will get the idea ok today I ate

Breakfast: natty peanut butter sugar free jelly on two pieces of wheat bread with 4 cups super skim milk and a can of chicken
Lunch: 2 servings of peanuts 2 cups of broccoli 1 large slice of ham 1 big red skin potato
Preworkout: 1lb of Shrimp with old bay on it and a banana (1 hour before my lift)
Postworkout 1/2 scoop recon and a handful of skittles then 25 mins later a scoop of protein
Postworkout meal 4 cups of whole wheat pasta with low sugar sauce and 3 sausages cut up into it 2 plain non fat Greek yogurts 2 eggs 1 can of chicken
Before bed: handful of almonds

Macros are like 3400 Cals 260/240/110 with 25 grams of fiber

First cheat meal since December lol and yes I know I'm bulking but I clean bulk so I had 2 20 piece chicken tenders and a small shamrock shake lol damn :)

Changing my cycle a tad instead of anabeta ima do anabeta elite and when I drop the transderm at the start of my 3rd week of hella I'm going to add in 5 pumps of forma through pct

If I can find 11oxo a tad cheaper I'm going to run it 600 mg and start it about 2 weeks before my helladrol cycle and run it 6 weeks so I'll be running transaderm 11oxo and hella all together for a few weeks should cut me up I have a horrible pear shape so the 11oxo should kill my belly fat

Today at 193lb so excited to see how much bigger I'll look when I actually cut up a bit I'm pretty sure I won't gain much more before this cycle starts but you never know...I started dec 1st at 178 so this bulk has been pretty decent to me

I figure a good 12-15lbs of fat loss and I'll be happy I naturally really vascular I can't wait to see it when I'm at 9-10% bf plus I've never done roids or a PH so I hope I respond well to my first one

Figured id share my awesome lunch today!! Even tho it's an off day I still eat beast just less carbs so my lunch was 2 tilapias grilled with a plain Greek yogurt....2 angus burgers with 4 pieces of bacon wrapped around them and a shake with 2 cups of 2% milk 2 servings of all natty peanut butter and a scoop of my new protein powder I wanted to try my total was around 1850 cals and 135 grams of protein lol yummmmmm bulking is fun :)

Getting antsy waiting to start this whole cycle or at least my clen I'm so fed up with being natty...the gains are coming really slow at this point so anyway I'm going to be doing a week of deloading before I start this cycle and I'm going to switch up my exercises for all my lifts except bench squat dead and rows

God damn so the past 3 weeks I haven't moved from 193lb I even upped my cals to 4k god damn this is annoying lol cutting should be easy with my metabolism being this hyped up

Had my bf tested at the gym by a nutritionist/pt who does weight loss for people so I have faith she knows how to do the calipers pretty pro she said I'm 14.6% but I have a little more visceral fat then most so today I weighed 193lb so how much lbm do I have at 5'8"?

I was @ 15 last year.

That means @ 164 pounds or what ever u would be all muscle lol, that's tiny, I'm probably in the same boat as u... Now picture some in the 200s with a low body fat already....

Yeah at 5'8 tho it looks a little more bulky then a 6 foot dude lol plus 164 lbm would be 180lbs at 10% bf so few sd cycles back to back and me and you could be up to the 200s lolol jk bro

Almost time to start my clen it should be here Friday I hope .....well the good news is one of my gyms old PTs stopped in today with a broken ankle and hasn't Lifted in 5 weeks so aside from that him n his wife got divorced so he said his diet has went to **** until today....so my point is we both noticed that from him not lifting for a few weeks n me busting my ass on this bulk I've caught him on his size he actually stated my arms looked bigger then his lol so the mental pump was ungodly today lol. Also I decided to treat myself to a cup of ice cream which to my surprise kind of made me sick a little...maybe from eating so clean so much I'm not sure but I was happy to get sick from it in a way lol

Looks good, curious as to why you are running 11oxo prior to helladrol, most would flip that and use the 11oxo to bridge out into pc. I have my own opinions on anabeta, and powerful, I'll keep those to myself. I'd recommend TESTFORCE2 as your daa source even if if I wasn't an E-PHARM rep. I was using it before I was and I have used bulk DAA as well. I can definitely tell the difference. The sarcosine PA added kicks it up two notches and there is good solid science behind it. Other than that I don't have a lot to add looks well thought out and Helladrol(h-drol) is a great compound, minimal sides, nice dry gains and not too much shut down. My personal favorite

I will deff be using testforce v2 for my daa and joint force...I'm running 11oxo prior bc I'm doing a solid cut into a recomp into a lean bulk....I just bulked for 5 months and I'm at 15% bf so I feel if I cut down to around 10% or lower before I actually start my helladrol kicking in the results maybe the same but much more pronounced at a lower bf...also I'm only doing 450-600 mg of 11oxo so I know I won't gain a ton of muscle of it just lose a lot of visceral fat with my HIIT training 2-4 times a week....thank you for coming into my thread it means a ton coming from you good sir

I appreciate it but no thanks required. Both compounds should definitely help with the recomp. I am sooooo looking forward to the winter so I can bulk like a maniac, Its already shirts off weather here in the South, not more fun eating, low carb in full effect. Tossing Ursobilic in with your pc will help you keep your gains learned that from experience end of last year
