I have finally ordered my cut stack/recomp for April...Little about me I'm bulking until April still as of this morning I'm 5'8 192lb and with calipers I'm 16% bf
Been training since I was 18 on and off but due to almost dying from a collapsed lung i wasnt able to lift for awhile but now I've been training very constantly for almost a year and been dieting like a champ for about 6 months now but my bench squat and dead are really lacking due to not having knowledge when I first started lifting and I honestly never benched or squated or dead lifted until about a year ago and since then the gains have been insane also I am a meso body type so I'm sure I will respond nice to my first PH and I'll make this log detailed and answer any and all questions!!! ok guys so here is my cycle
CYCLE: see page 3 for cycle
I'll be doing 50mg of hella in the am then 25mg 12 hours later
PCT: Clomid daa erase pro anabeta and powerFULL....And for the whole cycle plus pct ill run cycle assist, milk thistle, hawthorn berry
NUTRITION: Lifting days I'll be at 2500 cals Cardio days will be 2300 cals Rest days 2100 cals
SUPPLEMENTS: My staple supps are whey one scoop after training only other then that real food only and Creatine, muilt vitamin,fish oil and my own intra workout drink (10g BCAAs in a water bottle with 2/3s water n 1/3 Gatorade with a squirt or two of mio water enhancer
TRAINING: Thursday chest n tris
Friday back n bis
Sat off
Sunday legs n abs
Monday shoulders and traps but since I'm lacking in my chest n back I want to SS at least 2 exercises for each on this day as well
Tuesday 20-30 mins of sprints
Wed 20-30 mins of sprints
yes I will do starting pics and update pics every 2 weeks (same pose same time same day of the week) and until I start my cycle I'll update about how my bulk is going and give some examples of my workouts and diet

First pic is dec 1st pre bulk (178lb) the back pic is mid bulk I'd say around Jan 1st I have to take an updated one ... third is feb 17th (190lb) about 11-12 weeks into bulking
