Summary Log: Tren/Epi

Hey guys,

Bare with me because this is my first log, but I did my best to keep track of everything that I needed. I had originally planned to create this log and update it on a daily basis, but work occupied a lot of my time and I had to just keep track of everything in my own notebook. This run was only 4 weeks long. I know it's short and Epi usually kicks in around 3-4 weeks, but I react EXTREMELY well to PH/DS's. My goal with this cycle was recomp, but I also did a little bit of a lean bulk. While I did not keep track of my nutrition, I know my body very well and I know how to eat to gain. Protein was high, carbs were moderate, and I also took in a low to moderate amount of fats. Calories were around 3200-3500 calories. I have some progress pics, but I will be posting those when I get the chance. Without further delay, here it goes...

Cycle Start 12/4/11 - Weight - 175:
Trenavol-V - 30mg
Estra-4,9-diene-3,17-dione - 2 caps a day
Phenylvar - 15mg
2a, 3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a_Androstane-17b-ol

Support Supplements:
Pre-load/During/Post - Liv 52, P-5-P, Cycle Support, Multi, Krill Oil

PCT:
Clomid - 100/50/50/50
Erase - 3 caps a day throughout
DAA - 3g throughout
Post Cycle Support - 2 caps/2 weeks (had some leftover so I added it in)
X-Factor Advanced - 4 caps a day throughout (added this in because I never tried it and wanted to see if it helped maintain gains)

Notes/Remarks/Sides:

12/5 - Second day on and I was noticing some bad gas all day. Had a great leg workout and was less tired afterwards than usual (prob placebo effect)

12/6 - Left my pillbox at home so I had to dose much later in the day. Didn't seem to affect me in any way

12/7 to 12/11 - Began to experience minor headaches and got light headed at times. Started to get night sweats which was pretty uncomfortable. On 12/11, I upped the Tren dose to 3 caps and dropped the Epi dose to 1 cap (This was part of the plan because I was low on Epi and I wanted to make sure I could make it last the entire run)

12/15 - This was the first time that I weighed myself and after 11 days, I was up to 183 lbs. The night sweats became much more frequent around this time. I really began to notice strength increases and leaning out around this time.

12/16 to 12/26 - Up 3 lbs to 188 lbs. Forgot to mention this earlier, but I also had calf pumps from early on in the cycle and they continued on. My night sweats weren't as frequent, but they did occur. On 12/23, I did notice some gyno in my right pec and I immediately upped my dose of P-5-P

12/27 - Most of my gyno symptoms began to disappear around this time, but the soreness lasted for a few more days

1/1/12 - This marked the end of my cycle and I weighed in at 186 lbs. This was a full 11 lbs more than my starting weight. While on cycle, I did not notice any significant back pumps or acne.

1/2/12 to 1/30/12 - This was the length of my PCT and I had nothing but great results. I did notice some loss of libido during the PCT, but it was nothing significant and did not last long. I also noticed some back pumps for the first time, but those didn't last long either. I actually increased weight in most of my lifts during PCT (still increasing afterwards too). I credit the increase in strength to XFA which is an amazing product. During PCT, I floated between 185 and 188 pounds and seemed to continue to gain. This isn't very typical of my PCT's, which is why I give credit to XFA.

I know I must have left out some things, but I am more than willing to answer any questions. Posting my routine next...
