Recomp with the kitchen sink

Beginning Stats:

Weight: 195
Height: 5'10"
Neck 17.5"
Chest 42"
Waist 32"
Bodyfat 15% (or so)

Goal:

To cut down bf% and recomp
Underwent knee surgery in June and gained a bit of fat and lost some muscle while sedentary for 3 months.

Supplements:

Need2Slin, Myolean, Pro-Nos, OxiMega Greens, Orange Triad, FocusXT

Cycle:

Transaderm: 8 weeks at recommended dosage
Trenazone: 0/0/1.5/1.5/2/2/2.5/2.5
PStanz: 300/300/350/350/375/375
Helladrol: 75/75/75/75/100/100

Cycle Assist and Cycle Support while on cycle (have one of each)

PCT:

Torem 120/90/60/30 EDIT: or Clomid (not sure about dosing) but using a 19-nor so may use this
DAA
Erase 0/0/3/2/1

Diet:
Going to use my livestrong app to track my calories.
Starting at around 2000 calories and gauging it from there. Will increase/decrease as my cycle continues. Macros at 40/40/20 (protein/fats/carbs (I bloat like crazy with carbs))

Exercise Routine:
5 days lifting

chest/bi/abs
tri/back/cardio
shoulders/forearms/abs
legs/cardio
cardio

Nice man. Cant wait to see how it turns out. I am thinking of running something similar May-June timeframe. Before and after pics? Subbed.....

Ok so Need2 fell through and never fixed it so I'm running this without them. On a side note i'm disappointed with them and won't touch their stuff ever again after this. Yes it was a log but to reneg on one's word ruins my feelings towards them.

So stack now:


Trenazone: 1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5/1.5
PStanz: 400/400/400/400/400/400
Helladrol: 75/75/75/75/100/100
T3: 50mcgs everyday

Cycle assist preloaded for 3 weeks and throughout cycle, then cycle support when I run out of cycle assist.

Meals:

Breakfast: 2 scoops whey, oatmeal
Meal #1: 7oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice
Meal #2: Two scoops whey
Meal #3: 7oz chicken 1 cup brown rice
Meal #4: 7oz steak, 1 cup white rice
Meal #5: 2 scoop casein before bed

Macros: Protein 60/ Fat 20/ Carb 20 @2200 calories
