HIIT jump rope 1min on 1 min off 15 cycles.

The gym went about average I think any increases so far would be a bit psychological.

Odd shifts of hunger. Not hungry one minute emptying the fridge the next.
Other then that feel a bit more energetic.

Feeling good a small bit of indigestion, had the oddest night of sleep ever last night, I was awake every hour on the hour for 5 minutes then went back to sleep.

Day 6
Yesterday was a solid back/biceps day but I was a bit rushed and forgot to write down what I did.
The only odd thing about the workout was I seemed to be getting a bit more of a pump in my muscles, which led to me needing to stretch a bit in between sets to let the blood flow a bit.

At the end of my workout my joints were on fire put an order for some NOW - Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM that I will be adding to my supplements for the rest of the cycle.
Other then that feeling good no other noticeable sides thus far upping the dose to 30mgs daily tomorrow.

This cycle went poorly Snow closures took out the gym for a week so stopped after week 2. Strength was up and although the cycle was cut I gained 4 pounds 3 of which I kept. I also leaned out a bit.
