Wanting dosing info and suggestions for PCT

I have 2 vials of
Nandrodex 300
Pentadex 300

However I am sure even at low doses a PCT is needed.
Please tell me suggestions both on dosing and PCT.

Please research those compounds (using google), present a proposed cycle including your support and PCT, and we'll be glad to tweak it.
