So it's my first post so I'm hoping I don't get flamed too bad. Long time lurker just getting ready to start an H-Drol/P-Stanz stack and I have a few questions that I couldn't answer via the search function. Before I go there let me give you my stats and plan.

Stats
Current: 32 yrs old, 5'11", 195lbs, ~15% BF
Goal: 205lbs ~12%BF

Background: Been working out solid the last 2 years. I went from a chunky 220lb fatty to where I am today. My diet is clean although my big downfall is that I have trouble eating both often enough and quantity needed to maintain a high metabolism.

Current Supplements (Continued through Cycle/PCT):
Anavite/Mutli
Glucosamine + MSM
Green Tea Extract
Policosanol
CoQ10
Fish Oil
Super Cissus

Pre-Load:
Hawthorne Berry
Milk Thistle

Cycle:
H-Drol (50, 75, 75, 75, 75, 75)
P-Stanz (200, 200, 200, 200, 200, 200)
GHRP-6 (150mcg x 3/day) - For the apetite benefits
CJC-1295 (100mcg x 3/day)
AI Cycle Support

PCT:
Novaldex
Erase
AI Cycle Support

Diet: 3500 - 4000 cals/daily (???)

Workouts:
2 on - 1 off - 3 on - 1 off
using workouts taken from the Kris Gethin 12-Week Trainer

My two main questions are:
1. Given my goal is to gain about ~15lbs of muscle mass (3% loss of bf and 10lbs net gain) how much cardio if any should I be doing on cycle? I currently am at 25 mins a day including off days.
2. Does my target calories for my diet sound reasonable given my goal?

I plan on logging here once I get started post thanksgiving.

Any other advice/help/constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.

in prepping for the cycle I've been averaging ~2500-2750 cal/day and my comp. has been steady in that range

Edited: for grammar

I would say the safest thing is to up them by say 500 calories, then keep maintenance on off days. Since u train 5 days a week, that would give u an extra 2500 calories a week. So theoretically you'd put on almost a pound each week on your diet alone. Then u can gauge it from there, plus your going to b in a more anabolic state, I can definitely see u cutting some fat with this cycle.

Actually music to my ears...was worried about how I was going to force myself to hit my calorie counts daily...since I already am forcing myself at status quo...500 is definitely managable...

Thanks

Yeah no problem bro. I actually do the same thing when I go from cutting to lean bulking. The key is always knowing your maintenance calories cuz then u can gauge what to increase while keeping your body fat under control.
