Androlean 6 week cutting cycle (first cycle)

So this will be my first cycle, and I decided to start off very mild and do 2 bottles of Androlean at 8 capsules a day. My body fat percentage is at around 14-15% at 200, and I'm hoping to achieve 10-12% in the next 6 weeks all while gaining some strength. I will be lifting weights 4x a week for about 50min-an hour and doin 20-30 minutes of HIIT cardio on those days as well.

as far as other supps go:

intraworkout bcaas
preworkout (presurge or hemo rage)
green tea based fat burner
fish oil
multivitamin
1 pill of PES Erase per day


Well today was Back day! I went into it after taking my first dose so I was definitely psyched for it!

this is my first time doing serious cardio in a while so I'm starting off slow.

Today is an off day from Heavy lifting. Tomorrow I'm doing chest and biceps.

So today I just did abs, which I plan on doing twice a week. 3 sets of 15 situps on decline bench with 25lbs. 2 sets of captains chair. and 2 sets of planks.

So far I am definitely noticing bigger pumps that i wouldnt normally have especially on a low carb diet. I am definitely more in the zone during my workouts but that is probably because I know I want to get 100% out of it :D

Today I did chest and biceps. Overall I was pretty displeased with my workout. Strength and energy levels were down considerably from the start. I think I am dieting in overdrive when I have the type of body that needs some carbs (very narrow, long limbed). I a going to add in more carbs to my diet. I am down 4 pounds in the past week. I think I am losing too fast right now.

Diet for past week has been 220-250grams of protein a day consisting of eggs/egg whites, chicken breasts, top round steaks, tuna from cans, and lots of whey protein + spinach and beans. Only time i was consuming carbs has been breakfast and post workout and a piece of toast with peanut butter here and there.

update - i did cardio today. I did the reckless street sprint as its called in the androlean pamphlet. I'm going to start doing these on my schools indoor track that we have. I learned today that going from walk to sprint on a treadmill is a horrible idea lol.

As far as my diet. I added in more carbs to my diet and more fat as well. It's definitely helping restore some of my energy and my muscles look a bit more full again. still sittin at 25-2700 cals a day, which is approx 750-1000 below maintenance for me still

I hear androlean has a thermogenic effect. I can't imagine my body on a thermogenic compound I would probably wet the floor :p

did legs today. It was a pretty solid workout, surprisingly. I had very little food in my stomach because of a short window I could go to the gym and make it to class. Also one of the sweatiest workouts I've ever had. the squat rack was a swimming pool. Could this be from the androlean?
Some have noted this previously with AndroLean.

7OXO can increase thyroid output, which will increase sweating.

I'm feeling leaner in my stomach area most of all. I did not realizze how bloated I was before I started cutting. I think I just about lost the baby i had inside me. I did machine body fat testing 2 weeks ago and was 15.5%. Yesterday my friend did calipers (dunno how good he was at doing it) but averaged out a few times to 13.5% body fat. So, so far this cut has been successful and I think the androlean is just starting to kick in. I'm feeling a bit oilier but I'm not complaining and I think I notice a slight decrease in testes size and some minor discomfort once in a while. i'm sure that is all perectly normal so no worries here!

Sorry to hear about strength, but it seems like you are making some real progress on that cut. You can get the strength back!

Great workout! strength was as high as ever. This was a really late workout for me, especially seeing as I was at downtown disney with my gf for the entire day walking around (some extra cardio ;) ). Also had a cheat meal today - some fish and chips seeing as I was out and starving, but damn it was good. Really good progress so far. I think the trick to having stronger workouts for me is definitely loading the bulk of my carbs pre-workout ( then again that prob should have been common sense :p ) . Blasting abs tomorrow!

Sorry to hear about strength, but it seems like you are making some real progress on that cut. You can get the strength back!
yea I'm sure it can all come back easily. It's probably just a carb thing for me right now. I think I found the balance I like right now. About 100g carbs tops (40 preworkout, 25ish after) and the other 35 sparingly throughout the day. Everything else is greens and lean meat, being a little less concerned about the fat content.

Did the reckless street sprints as outlined in the pamphlet. this time I did it on the track...I must say this is actually really enjoyable for me. I dont think I have tried running balls to the wall fast in a long time.

Also did 12 sets of abs and obliques. As of this point I am feeling leaner every day and definitely more motivated. Having a great time. 5 weeks left.

I think I know exactly what you mean now. My entire leg is sore, especially near the ankles. I suppose it is time to get better running shoes.

I go through cycles with my shoes: they start out as designated running shoes, but, once the trad starts to wear off, they become daily shoes.

Great workout. Really feeling dense right now. Bench press was tied for PR after having not done it for 5 weeks. Biceps felt super hard - I could not touch my shoulders and have not felt so pumped in a long time. scale was 195 in the morning and mood wise I just feel really good.


After this is all over I'll post some progress pics for anyone thats wants to see.

and did some moderate cardio on the elliptical today for about 20 minutes. Leg day is tomorrow

like I said, I bet you could get crazy ripped quick. just lower carbs, add in a natty fat burner...and maybe androlean haha.

Late subb. I'm very interested in running Androlean. I'm in a simular postion to yourself(OP) as far a body com ect is concerned. Great progress pics mate. There is a definate improvement.

A question for reps. Would running a lite ECA stack along side AL be ok? By the looks of the ops pics it seams it could be an over kill. Thoughts? also Would running a mild nolva PCT be ok?

Yes, you can run EC(A) with AL and Nolva will suffice.

just did some abs today. When I woke up this morning the scale said 190.2. The weight is just melting off which is great, however I have been feelin ****ty lately. My body wants more food than egg whites and chicken breast haha. I made today a carb up day and had some pasta and some bread with my other meals. I feel a lot better and stronger. Great thing tomorrow is chest day!

Good workout. Question to reps: how common is shrinkage on androlean? I'm def noticing some. I already have the reservatrol and daa product for pct. That should be enough to get back to baseline from lean I assume. Would changing my dosing to 4 and 4, instead of the current 3-3-2 shut me down less or should I leave it how it is? Thanks for an answer guys
