Hella/Katan Cycle:

Helladrol: 50/75/75/75/100/100
Katana: -------250/300/300/350/350/350
-HCGenerate: 3am, 2 before bed
-Cycle Assist: 4 caps in am, 4 caps with dinner
-RS-Transaderm (5pumps on chest/abs?/shoulders/bi's and tri's? upon waking up, 5 pumps at night after shower) overkill, under or just right?
-Multi-V: 3xED with each meal
-BCAA'S: 2 caps, 1 hour before work out
-Animal Flex: 1 pack a day for joint support.
-whey and casein for protein.
-Pre-WO: MP Assault & Animal Rage(powder)
-Taurine for backpumps.

PCT:
Liquid Nolva: 20/20/10/10
DAA: 3g/3g/3g/3g
HCGenerate: 3am, 2 before bed
Cycle Assist: 4caps in am, 4caps w/dinner
Lean Xtreme: 3 caps per day(cortisol control)
Forma Stanazol: 3 pumps in the am, 3 pumps after i shower at night.


Finally received my buddie's hella/katan in the mail today. we can finally begin our cycle together, i gotta say it was a great sight seeing those 3 bottles haha. my buddy and I decided on doing the dosage like that because that way we have more time to cut and harden the muscles. We'd be less than 2 weeks to go home(and we want to be ripped as phuck!) sound good fellas?( or we'll start hella/katan back together depending on what you guys recommend) my buddies cycle will vary from mine as he doesnt have the hcgenerate, transaderm, bcaa's on-cycle. his pct will be the same as mine though.

Saturday Day 1 of Helladrol/Katandrol v2.0.

received my friends hella/katan in the mail today. it was a great sight. my buddy and I decided on doing this dosage like that because that way we can have more time to cut and harden the muscles and will have less than 2 weeks to go home. sound good fellas?( or well start katan with hella depending on what you guys recommend) my buddies cycle will vary from mine as he doesnt have the hcgenerate, transaderm, bcaa's. his pct will be the same as mine. now back to the cycle/workout.

Today was Chest and we PHUCKEN killed it!!! & a little bit of abs.
Flat Bench: 175x10, 225x10, 245x6, 255x4, 155x10 (my friend E, is much stronger than me, he helps me out, but makes sure I destroy my sh*t.
Incline: 135x10, 155x10, 125x10, 115x10 (again with a little bit of help we get it done)
decline: 135x10, 135x10, 135x10 (same as above)
Flat Bench Flys with 40 lbs DB: 2 sets of 10 (he did 40, I did 35)
Straight Arm Pullover: 70lb DB, 2 sets of 10, and at the end of the 10th rep, i would call it a bench press with two arms?. not sure of the excact name. but we did 10 of those after a set.
Decline Flys: 30 lb DB's. 2 sets of 10
Abs: 10 minutes of abs.
it was a good hour and 45 mins. at the gym.
JP Stats: 156 lbs, bf% dont know, judge by the pics,
E Stats: 162 lbs, bf% same as above
^ this was the last time we weighed in on Sept. 4. we will weigh in tomorrow to give you guys a correct weight. & tomorrow i will take the BEFORE pic ok. :)

Tuesday Day 4

today was Triceps
cant say ,what we did again due to a full gym again. i didnt want to be the one jotting stuff down and holding everybody up.

i gotta say i feel a little different though, at 50 mg of hella, i feel a slight more aggressive. idk if its to soon to tell but i start to lift and i just go into Rage mode. it could be the Animal rage aswell lol. not sure yet but we get a great workout everytime. when does hella really kick in?

Wednesday Day 5

Today was chest day.
Flat Bench: 135x10, 185x10, 225x8,165x10,135x12
Incline:135x10,155x10,160x8,135x10
Decline: 135x10,155x10,135x10
40lb DB Flat Bench Fly's: 2 sets of 10, 1 of 8, 1 of 5
Straight Arm Pullover: 70lbs, 2 sets of 10, 1 of 8

So far so good, workouts are feeling great.

I didn't really notice Hella kicking in good until the end of the 2nd week into the beginning of the 3rd week. It takes a little bit to kick in and is a milder compound. How long will you be at 50mg? That's good for the first week, but I would go to 75mg starting week 2. That is where people really start to notice it ;)

we'll be running 50mg for the first week only, end of 2nd and beginning of 3rd eh? sounds good to me, we're going to start 75mg on sunday. so far so good. ill be posting pictures every week. my transaderm arrived yesterday, and i applied it this morning, it was easy and very fast to dry, what exactly will my body benefit from it though? ive read about it but im still a little lost in the sauce about it. hehe. i also received a sample of N2KTS, it was good, but i think 2 sample packets would of done it for me, the taste was a 10/10, better than jack3d, rage, n.o explode and definitely 1MR, that sh1t is nasty right there, Im more of a stim junkie, if my body doesnt tingle or itch i dont like it. the cake batter was delicious, i didnt like the chocolate fudge though. any who this is what we did to day

Thursday Day 6 -Biceps-

warmed up with 20 underhand pullups
-Standing Alternating Curls:
45lb DBs: 1 set of 10
55lb DBs: 1 set of 10, 1 set of 8, 1 set of 6
-Sitting Alternating Curls:
40lb DBs: 2 sets of 10, 1 set of 8
-40lb DB Curl on Incline Bench:
2 sets of 8
-55lbs on Preaching EZ Bar Curls:
2 sets of 10(inside), 2 sets of 10(outside)
-^same weight as above just Standing
1 set of 10(inside), 1 set of 10(outside)
-Crossbody DB Curls:
1 set of 10, 1 set of 8, and 1 set of 5.

my biceps looked huge, and they felt harder. i love that pump feeling of 'fullness' in the arms. 45 mins later my arms ached, i felt tore up ;/
but still in the fight.

Running Transaderm on cycle will basically be a test base while running your orals. It will help to keep lethargy and any libido issues at bay, and will also add to your gains somewhat. It is a very solid addition to any PH cycle IMO

sweet, what can i expect the first day i take hella and katana together? what will the gym feel like? or will it take lil while for the katana to kick in aswell?

You wont notice anything AAS or PH the 1st dose. Katan will kick in after a wk, hella 2wks. Once the helladrol begins to come on full swing you will know it. All the sudden normal weight seems very light and you can rep out 10 more easily.

All 3 of Rick's posts are spot on advice. you and your buddy will really like this cycle.

cant specify what we did, lots of people at the gym, long day same as Friday, abs feel tight and hard today sunday afternoon, legs are sore, cant even walk without a little bit of pain. killed them both...

Today is our day off, sore, long days at work, on top of waking up at 5-6am every morning, we began the 75mg dosage today, very excited. Definitely need a break today. tomorrow is chest and were going to kill it! and pictures will post every 15 days.

Missing a couple days dosage isn't going to be a huge deal, just try to make sure you don't miss any more. It can't do anything if it isn't in your system. I know you have your hands full at times over there, so sometimes you just have to make do. Looking forward to your next update bro! ;)

you are in the marines or army correct? i guess sometimes theres nothing you can do about missing a dose than.....but like rick said you need it in your system for it to show effects.

monday was back and shoulders- definitely feel stronger on back, more weight was added, for more reps and sets.
tuesday was triceps- i felt stronger here too, had more strength and less assistance with the ez curl bar with 35lb weights on it
destroyed tri's that day
wednesday- my friend 'E' went out and i was left without a gym partner, so i did an all body light workout, but destroyed abs
today is day 19 and its thursday here in Afghanistan, and today is my favorite day
its CHEST haha

will post later on how i felt

im dosing the hella and katan like this, 75/250 for this week
but throughout the day i take it like this
1 hella 2 katan @ 7am
1 hella 2 katan @1130 am
gym at 1215pm
1 hella 1 katan with food 1 hour after gym around 2 pm.
is this ok?

damn chest was sick!! felt stronger than ever, the pump was there, the motivation to do weight i had never done before. maxed out at 275!!!

Very nice bro! That is some nice strength gains. The last 3 weeks is where you will see the biggest gains with Helladrol, so it should be fun!

i counted the pills to make sure i had the right amount of mg for the remainder of the helladrol cycle. i came up with 22 extra pills. 14 extra from the 1st week at 50mg, and 8 from the 2-3 days i missed out on the convoy. would it be safe to add these extra 22 pills for a dosage of 150mg from oct.19-29 to finish off the helladrol bottle for good? and after that its 2 solo weeks of katan at 350 :) so far i love how i feel.

I don't think I would go to 150mg and 125mg only after you feel comfortable with 100mg.

Just hold onto the extra Helladrol for a future cycle

hahaha ive got a buddy whos in afghani right now, i had to research and handpick and mail his entire cycle due to his laziness. Glad u still had the time to know ur ****!

thanks, day 23 today, sunday. today is day off, after did tris 2 days ago and bi's yesterday. it was supposed to be back today, but since my homie returns tomorrow, we can change up our workout routine and start with chest tomorrow with a good day of rest :)

week four began yesterday dosing hella/katan at 100/300. really excited for this week!
