Clen cycle help?

Im new to this whole thing. I started working out with a personal trainer about a month ago. Im drinking evolution protein shakes after every workout and eating fairly healthy. I recently heard about Clen and wanted to give it a try. I'm pretty overweight (5'7" 215lb. about 25% bf) so I wanted something to kick start the weight loss. I was wondering what is the best way to do a Clen cycle . I read something about alternating every couple of weeks with ephedrine but I wanted to get more opinions first. Also I think I'm going to try the paleo diet . My goal is not to bulk up (not yet anyway) but to just be slim and cut.

at 25% you DEFINITELY do no need clen. Or ANYTHING for that matter yet to achieve fat loss. Don't take this the wrong way, but 25% tells me that you haven't done any tinkering with your diet yet at all. Start there first. You could get that down to 14-16% with just diet and excercise.
