Wanna run this by you guys to make sure I got a solid cycle planned out. Let me know what you think it will be my 3rd PH cycle with the first being lgscience so really like my 2nd lol. My stats are 6' 180lbs workout 3 days a week sometimes 4 if I dont include my legs into the other 3 workouts. I work night shift so its hard to actually find enough energy to get to the gym 4 days a week. I eat clean probably about 2500 calories a day which I will up on cycle.

Was thinking about throwing some Erase in...thought?
Also I have a semi-surplus of stuff sitting around probably be getting rid of it if I dont find a way to use it. You guys have any ideas about incorporating some of this into the cycle. I was curious about the sustain alpha being used during PCT?
