Hello Bros,

26 years old, 6'0, 187lb, body fat 10%. Been lifting for five years (four years serious dedication)(was 230lb but pure fat and got down to 140lb)

My next cycle i planned to run in June or July is to gain at least 10lb (if more is possible the better) and drop some major body fat (want to get to at least 5% body fat).
First Cycle:
wk 1-10 sustanon 500mg M/T (250mg monday and 250mg Thursday)
wk 1-2 mdrol 20mg everyday
wk 3-6 Dbol 30mg each day
wk 4-10 HCG 250iu every third day (don't know if this is correct)
wk 1-10 Formex IBE 25mg (maybe 1/2 a cap)

PCT
13-16 Nolvadex 20mg each day
13-16 Clomid 50mg each day
15-18 Lean Extreme 3 caps each day (cortisol control)

But before i embark on this journey, I must must address the issue of my gynecomastia i aquired from my previous cycle. So i plain to start using letrozole and nolvadex as follows until the gynecomastia subsides. I have one question, which model should i use to destroy the gynecomastia.

Day 1: 2.0mg
Day 2: 1.5mg
Day 3: 1.0mg
Day 4: .50mg***
Day 5: .25mg

or

Day 1: .50mg Letro
Day 2: 1.0mg Letro
Day 3: 1.5mg Letro
Day 4: 2.0mg Letro
Day 5: 2.5mg Letro **

Once I cure the gynecomastia, i will take a month off to let the body regain homeostasis.
This cycle is just a idea and i am open to suggestions to anything i have discussed. My goal someday is to weight 230lbs with 5% body fat. As for the peptides, i have read that using 70 mcg three times a day yields better results than using 100mcg twice a day, is this true? In addition, i have read that using "Super cortisol support with reolra", "Turmeric power", and "Potassium Iodide" increases the effects of the peptides (Based on the fact that one suppress cortisol release from the pituitary gland, Potassium Iodide removes fluorine from the gland). I will upload the diet latter today and you can also critique it as well. thanks in advance bros.

Final Cycle for the Year
Weeks 1-10: 500mg/wk Test Enanthate (Monday-Wednesday 250mg)
Weeks 11-12: 50mg/day Test Suspension
Weeks 8-12: 40mg/day Epistane
Weeks 4-10: 200iu (20 Mark on Insulin Syringe Right?) HCG Every Third Day
Weeks 1-12: 0.5-1.0mg/Everyday Arimidex
(Want to destroy the gynecomastia I got from my first cycle)

PCT
Week 1: 40mg Nolva, 100mg Clomid
Week 2: 40mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid
Week 3: 20mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid
Week 4: 20mg Nolva

After Cycle and PCT:

Peptides:

CJC 1295 100mcg Twice a day
GHRP-2 100mcg Twice a day

ok based off the Harris-benedict equation, i need 2954 calories a day to sustain my current weight. also, since i want to gain weight, common protocol is to add 500 calories each week to achieve weight gain. so, i will start at 3500 calories and see how it goes. i am afraid that i am carb sensitive due to the fact that i gained a good amount of fat from my first cycle (got rid of the fat though). I was planning to use a ratio of 70% vegetables and 30% grains for carbs. Please bros, i need help in finalizing this diet because i don't want to gain excess fat during and after this cycle. critique, suggestions for this diet? thanks

my macro ratios will be:

40% protein (1400 calories) = 350 g/
40% carbs (1400 calories) = 350 g/
20 % fat (700 calories) = 78 g/

Meal 1 8:00 am
7 whole eggs = 490 calories ... 42 g protein ... 7 g carbs ... 31.5 g fat
1/2 cup oatmeal = 150 calories ... 6 g protein ... 27 g carbs ... 2.5 g fat

Meal 2 10:00 am
1 scoop of whey protein = 100 calories ... 24 g protein ... 1 g carbs ... 0 g fat
2 tbsp natural peanut butter = 190 calories ... 7 g protein ... 6 g carbs ... 17 g fat

Meal 3 1:00 pm
8 oz chicken breast = 240 calories ... 44 g protein ... 0 g carbs ... 6 g fat
Broccoli 4 oz = 30 calories ... 1 g protein ... 5 g carbs ... 0 g fat
Brown Rice 1/2 cup = 175 calories ... 4 g protein .. 39 g carbs ... 0 g fat

Meal 4 3:00 pm
20 almonds raw = 139 calories ... 5 g protein ... 5 g carbs ... 12 g fat
1 scoop of whey protein = 100 calories ... 24 g protein ... 1 g carbs ... 0 g fat

Meal 5: 5:30 pm Post Workout
1 scoop of whey protein = 100 calories ... 24 g protein ... 1 g carbs ... 0 g fat

Meal 6 6:00 pm
8 oz chicken breast = 240 calories ... 44 g protein ... 0 g carbs ... 6 g fat
Broccoli 3/4 cup = 30 calories ... 1 g protein ... 5 g carbs ... 0 g fat
Brown Rice 1/2 cup = 175 calories ... 4 g protein ... 39 g carbs ... 0 g fat
1 Tbsp Olive Oil = 120 calories ... 0 g protein ... 2 g carbs ... 14 g fat

Meal 7 8:30 pm
Whole Wheat bread 1 slice = 100 calories ... 5 g protein ... 20 g carbs ... 1 g fat
2 tbsp natural peanut butter = 190 calories ... 7 g protein ... 6 g carbs ... 17 g fat
Tuna 5 oz can = 100 calories .. 22 g protein ... 0 g carbs ... 1 g fat

Meal 8 10:00 pm
1 scoop of protein casein = 125 calories ... 22 g protein ... 6 g carbs ... 2 g fat
1/2 cottage cheese = 90 calories ... 14 g protein ... 5 g carbs ... 2 g fat
20 almonds raw = 139 calories ... 5 g protein ... 5 g carbs ... 12 g fat

Calorie Total = 3,023 calories ... 305 g protein ... 181 g carbs ... 124 g fat

ok, seriously, this is pretty terrible
55% protein (1925 calories) = 481 g/ eight meals a day = 60 g per meal
30% carbs (1050 calories) = 222 g/ eight meals a day = 32 g per meal
15 % fat (525 calories) = 58 g/ eight meals a day = 7 g per meal
You have twice as much protein as you need, and half as much fat as you need. Also, unless it happens to be convenient to you, eating every 2 hours like that is totally unnecessary. And a pound of broccoli in one sitting is enough to make me want to throw up, much less three times in a day. So if you haven't tried eating that much before, don't count on that working too well.

3x a day is better for the ghrp's, taken away from carbs or fat. Insulin blunts gh release

How would i fix this easyejl? ok, so cut out protein and add more fat. By any chance do you have a diet sample you can post here?
Eat every three hrs is what I normally do sir, so I will stick with that.
@gutter pump, should I use 70mcg or the 100 mcg 3x a day?

I'd drop more or less all the shakes to begin with. Then instead of 9 whites do 6 or 7 whole eggs, add servings of nuts, avocados or other healthy fats to the other meals.

Diet has been updated but it stills does not add up to my regular daily calories a day. What else should I add???

Your cycle is fine, I like the SD->Dbol->Test general "cascade" of the cycle. And the PCT is fine.

So as for the letro dosing, generally I've seen people blast anywhere from 1.25mg to the full 2.5mg a day until the gyno shrinks, then you can taper the dose down.

Diets are ... tricky. So with what you've got outlined here, I think it's mostly fine, the main thing I don't like is meal #6. That's 8:30PM and your meal is mostly carbs, then fat, and then protein. I think the macros of these meal should be closer to those of meal 7, so the emphasis should be on protein, not on carbs.

edit: just saw you have two meal #6's! lol. Well anyway i was referring to the second one at 8:30. If you want to do 8 meals a day that's up to you. I feel like that will be a lot of work. 6 is hard enough as it is! lol.

Thanks unreal machine,
i changed the recommended diet requirements but still not close to even maintenance calories or the calories i need to grow muscle. any suggestion where to add or subtract calories? or even omit a meal and make another meal higher in calories? also, remember the first cycle you saw on this page? that cycle was the one you helped me on a 7 months ago. look at the other cycle that contains the following:

Final Cycle for the Year
Weeks 1-12: 500mg/wk Sustanon (Monday-Wednesday 250mg)
Weeks 8-12: 40mg/day Epistane
Weeks 4-10: 200iu (20 Mark on Insulin Syringe Right?) HCG Every Third Day
Weeks 1-12: 0.5-1.0mg/Everyday Arimidex

PCT
Week 14: 40mg Nolva, 100mg Clomid
Week 15: 40mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid
Week 16: 20mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid
Week 17: 20mg Nolva

After Cycle and PCT:

Peptides:

CJC 1295 100mcg Three a day (morning, after workout, before bed)
GHRP-2 100mcg Three a day (morning, after workout, before bed)

Unreal machine, should i use the peptides during or after cycle?

I would run the peptides in the PCT imo, just because it'll make the PCT period more enjoyable.
