Im looking to lose some more fat. Been working out 5 days a week and doing kickboxing about 4 days a week. I do not care about weight care about fat. I was told by a friend whos been using gear for a long time now, to go with a 16 week cycle of var, eq, and primo. Whats your thoughts ? Anything you think I need during for estro or no ? Im 5'9" 220lbs dont know BF sorry
