GAME PLAN:

Preload CEL cycle assist, 4 caps 2x daily for 2 weeks (done)

H-drol-50/75/75/75/75/75 (I'm currently on day 5 @ 50, started on 4/8) dosing times 8am and 8pm

CEL cycle assist(ON) - 4 caps 2x daily 12pm and 12am

PCT- Clom 50/50/25/25?? (not sure if this will be the correct dosing protocol, advise is welcomed) I also plan to pick up some DAA and maybe some Lean Extreme to add around week 2, and continue to run supports throughout, as well as adding creatine back into the mix.

DIET:

I'll be loosely following a carb cycling diet I'm not going to go into great detail here, but my diet will be clean mainly consisting of lean protiens, complex carbs, and healthy fats. I wont be "counting" macros per say, but I will plan my meals and carbs accordingly to go along with my workout agenda for the day.

Squat days: high calorie/high carb
Dead lift days: high cal/high carb
Chest/shoulder: maintenance
cardio/off: low cal/low to no carb (probably throw a carb load/cheat day in every once in awhile)


WORKOUT:

I will be using a 1 on and 1 off workout scheme splitting the up muscle groups as follows:

1) Legs (ATG squats being the focus workout for ALL leg days)
2) Chest/Tris (Bench being the focus for ALL chest days)
3) Back/Bis (Alternating Deads and Bent over rows for the focus lift on back days)
4) Shoulders/Traps (Alternating between standing and seated military for the focus lift on shoulder days)

OFF DAYS-Cardio on most of them, mainly consisting of strenght conditioning type cardio but also including endurance cardio (tire flips, sledge hammering, sled dragging, box jumps, grappling, elliptical, HIIT ect.)

A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CYCLE:

*How much taurine should I start out at? Been taking about 2 grams 15min prior to workouts
*When I bump up to 75 is it better to take 25 3x a day or 50 in the AM, and 25 in the PM?
*on my Clom is 50/50/25/25 a good dosing protocol?
*I'm married if my libido crashes, is there anything I can take to keep my wife from hating me?


FINAL NOTES:

I am looking to recomp, I have had alot success with carb cycling in the past but plan on keeping calories overall higher than in the past thoughout the cycle. From the research I have done and all the logs I've read I feel it will be rather easy to recomp with H-drol. I have spent over a year researching and trying to decide if I wanted to run a PH, I turned 30 on the 4th of this month and decided to give myself a bday present and give it a go!!

I welcome any imput and advise, as many of you know putting in your time to do research can be a pain in the ace tryn to sift through all the regurgitated BS and opinions!! I've posted this here because I've done alot of the research on these forums, among others. I feel like there is alot of good info here and apprieciate the info that everyone has shared on these forums. I also will appreciate anyone that will lend me there knowledge and experiences to help me get the most outta my 1st cycle!!

I'll let the others dispense more of the advice on ur cycle. One thing though, for me I up the cals depending on how my body feels more than the workout day necessarily. I feel that ur body can take days to heal from some workouts. If I feel a couple muscle groups getting tired or sore I up the cals to help the recovery process. mind u...u r taking a day off between ea day.I kinda wonder if a 1 off,1 routine broken up like that might be too long between sessions.for me it would be, but to each his own.

thanks for the response man.. ya 1on 1off is my favorite way to workout, I own and run a gym in a smaller town so I'm practically here everyday.. really hard not to over train, so if I spread it all out like that, it keeps me happy and I can do all different types of cardio on my nonlifting days!

Bumpn to 75 today, still no sides..

wondering if I should spread them out and do 25 3x a day.. or just do 50 in the am, and 25 in the pm.. it would be easier for me to get some in preworkout if it's spread out.. would it make much of a difference either way?

Based on my reading most do 50am and 25 pm with cycle assist ~4 hrs after ea dose. I've seen one of the CEL reps (mw1) said to do 25am/50 pm. Basically same thing though. I think 50 in the morning is most common and makes sense as I've heard,and experienced that it can disrupt sleep a bit. The big take away though is to split the dose, but 2 doses in a day is fine as h- drol has a long half life. But don't take it all at once.

Possible tip. I posted my thread in the CEL forum and notice a bunch of guys have chimed in on mine and have been helpful. Might just be luck

Thanks for contributing bro.. Ya I figure these guys are sick of newbs and there questions, I want even gonna log it because of that, but it is my first time using a PH so it's kinda a big deal to me atleast.

.Anyway, I have some before pics and plan on puttn them up as well as some afters at the conclusion of my run, I'm gonna try to keep this log goin just for my own personal reference.. BTW I've decided to split my dosed up and go 25 3x a day.. It'll make it easier that way, and I'll be able to get in 25 preworkout too..

I will be following this, Im throwing the bottle of h-drol i got in during my last 3 weeks of cycle

most common dosage I have seen a friend take was splitting it up 2x a day, one upon waking the other in 6-8 hours time (sometimes preworkout or post depending on what time you lift)

Definetely startn to get a good pump and vascularity when I'm working out!!.. Did shoulders today and veins where popn alil more than usual.. but again that could be from being leaner..

Anyway I've never run a cycle in my life, but for some reason I feel like she's about to start kickin in.. I'm sure you guys know the feeling when you can just tell your body is in prime position to start makin some SRS gains!!.. Well that feeling is definetely present and I'm F'n LOVE IT!!

When I mentioned earlier on that I could feel something different and that my weight seemed to be going up, i was told that it was either in my head, water retention or the fact that I was increasing my food intake. They said that the psychologial aspect was very common. That might be true, but I do feel like my muscles were getting a bit harder. Nothing dramatic, but SOMETHING. Hard to say,but they might be right. Day 17 here

DAY 12-

Still no sides, still not much going on yet.. My DAA came in today, so I'm gonna start it tomorrow. Any tips on the dosing.. It says to take 3g daily and there 4 pills in your daily serving.. I'm thinkn 2 in the am and e in the pm.. Does it matter if it's dosed with or away from H-drol or my cycle assist?..

Do not use the DAA during the cycle its a waste.. so much better saved for pct. If you want to increase the h-drol's effectiveness I've heard grapefruit juice can help. srs.

Day 15-

Today is actually an off day for me, but I got in a good chest workout yesterday.. I'm not sure but I think I may feel it startn to kick in a bit, I felt really strong yesterday!! I'm expecting to get interesting

Day 17-

Startn to feel a little more lethargic(if I stay busy it aint so bad, but when I'm driving or if I set down to long I feel like I could fall asleep REAL easy)..

BUT, I'm also startn to look leaner and more vascular.. I havent lifted any since friday and I felt strong on that workout, and after a great Easter weekend filled with lots of good food and company I'm ready to see what this week will bring!!

I feel like this stuff is ready to start kickn!.. gonna do some back in bis in a bit and report back here later..

Had a great back workout last nite, set a new PR on deads!.. Cant wait to do some shoulders tomorrow!.. still not really to much in the way negative sides to report

Nice. Had to bail on my cycle on day 24. It ****ed with my gastronomic system and I'll detail it in my log, but I think it was an uncommon side. Coulda been the CA which I have stopped for now too. After a day being off I feel much better tho and am optimistic.

Suks tho cuz other than that i felt really good and was getting some really great gains the past week and would have loved to go another 1.5 weeks. Hopefully it'll stay smooth for ya. Enjoy, cuz I think it's about to get interesting!

I'm on an m-drol cycle right now. I don't know how similar the two are but when I started feeling it kick in I felt as if my recovery time was much muchh quicker. I began taking smaller breaks inbetween sets and I work out alot more frequently with no problems.

yeah, sounds like u are on the same timeframe as I had. Around day day 15-16 I could tell me strength was on the rise, and around day 19-20 I shocked myself in the gym. It was funny cuz for me I didn't really feel different. I felt a little more aggro maybe but I think it was more cuz I could see myself getting bigger and it was boosting my confidence, but when I headed into chest/tri day around day 19 I put an extra 10lbs on and thought to myself well...if I am not much strong at least I'll get a few reps in...and then proceeded to raise the bar for 8 reps with ease. I was like a giddy schoolgirl walking around the gym between sets. Damn...I really wish my cycle could have gone a bit longer. :(

Glad to hear your doing well so far though...kill it while you can! It was advised to me by someone that was giving good advice that you SHOULD work a little harder and take advantage of your new strength ...but be careful not to go overboard and injure yourself!

Thanks Dicey! ya everything is all good for me sofar, gonna do some squats a little later today.. This is day 20 for me.. My next chest and tri day will be Sunday and I'll be on day 23!!.. cant wait to see what it'll bring, cuz it's my favorite workout by far!!..

I'm noticing my weight is startn to climb as well, I'm gonna absolutely KILL my legs tonite!!

Nice! I knew it. Congrats. Did you up your training?

Even into pct I am still gaining a bit ( only a lttle, but still)

Heads up turbo. I got my bloods back and hdrol shut me down after 3.5 wks and my liver took a thumping. Doc said i should be fine tho. Not to scare u but I would recommend you err to the side of caution and not push it too much. U gotta SERM right? My test was 29!

Eatn, sleepn, liftn, sweatn, h-droln and rolln swolln!!

* Strength gains on all lifts
* lookn fuller
* gaining weight
* leaning out
* aggressive in the gym
* balls are smaller
* libido seems unaffected at this point (ejaculation is not near as thick tho)

Other than small balls and my cum being not nearly as thick I've had no negative sides

Okay I think libido is takn a hit now, which isnt good cuz my wife gets in from school today and prolly gonna be like WTF if I cant perform.. Maybe I'll look at porn all day, if that doesnt do it nottn will LOL..

Other than that everything is great, I dont think I've been eating enough, but I've keept pretty clean foe the most part, tryn to get in those extra cals and reep the benifits!!..

Well everything musta been goin way to good cuz my momentum may be coming to screeching halt.. I run a gym, my step-dad runs a construction biz and every once in awhile he need help on a job, so I'll help him to make some extra $.. He called Wed nite on short notice and sed he needed help on Thurs and needed to get an early start.. Now I usally go to sleep around 1 a.m. And get up around 9 30 ish.. I was gonna need to be up by around 4-430 am to help my step father, so I knew I wouldn't get enuff sleep but I decided to try to lay down early ne way.. But I started thinkn bout it to much and literally DID NOT sleep 1 single second that nite.. Felt like **** all effn day, and couldn't eat ne thing with out feeln like I was gonna puke... Gaot home around 4 p.m. But couldn't fall asleep.. Felt horrible and didn't get to sleep after midnite and had to be up by 6 to help him again.. Although I feel bettr today, my weight is back to where I starytd this run at and I look deflated :(.. Tryn to eat n rest and prayn I can get back on track this weekend and pick up where I left off.. I was doing so ****n good too, so much momentum.. I'm fukn tweakn on this **** bad and I just need to chill the fack out and not make it worse than it is.. Sorry for the ramblin on and on just need to vent!

Was up bout 6lbs, I'm on for 13 more days.. Libido is still there, but it's definitely harder to get.. Well hard lol!!.. And I know it's wrong but my wife don't know I'm "on" yet.. I know she is against it, and I always figured it'd be easier to ask for forgiveness than it would be to ask for permission..

Couple thoughts.

First and foremost, your health is number 1! Don't forget that. it is better to live and fight another day than to push it. It might just be a bad nights sleep is all and it could be in your head, but it also might not. If troubles continue though, I would pull the plug personally. But, you said, "but I decided to try to lay down early ne way.. But I started thinkn bout it to much and literally DID NOT sleep 1 single second that nite.. To me that sounds like a psychological thing at least in part. As someone who suffers from insomnia a bit I've had that...the more you think about it the harder it is to get to sleep. You kind of psych yourself out of sleep. Also, you should try to go to bed the same time every night and changing that might have helped contribute to it. Pick up a bottle of Melatonin. it's cheap and you don't need much...1-2 caps. take it an hour before you crash and spend that hour chilling out with dim lights and maybe some light music, but no tv or internet. But sleep disturbances are an HDROL side and I noticed I got less on it and 11 days into pct I've noticed my sleep improve again the last few nights

I've read that if you get to a point where the gains stop, then you are best to just get off and onto PCT right away. Many say that it gets to a point where you get more sides than gains as you progress and week 5 is often the ideal length as the guys who go to 6 weeks often don't get anything more from it anyway, just more sides. Everyone is diff too. You have been on a full 4 weeks now though. I count this as day 28 for you? I suspect that sudden loss of weight my be more to do with lost water weight or something. It seems pretty hard to believe you could lost LBM gains that quick.

Anyway, monitor it closely and don't be afraid to bail out if things don't get better fast.

6'1 203lbs, were around the same size and I just finished my hdrol cycle and reallly wish I would have ran it at 100mgs the last two weeks, just saying. I did for about 3 days and it felt amazing man.

you should take the 2nd dose pre WO, most people wont dose any oral after 6-7pm for sleeping reasons. If you have been taking the 2nd dose at 8pm and have no issues I guess you can continue

Day 34-

Sorry I havent updated in awhile I've been a little busy.. but I'm happy to report that despite missing a few workout's and hours of sleep do to my schedule my cycle is still kickn hard!!

After a couple sleepless nights I spent the weekend resting and gettin in xtra calories and came back to the gym on monday stronger than ever!!... i have decided to go ahead and run it a full 6 weeks since the gains keep rollin in, which will mean my cycle will end next Thursday..

Weight gain seems to have stalled, but my strength continues to rise. I've gained about 5 lbs on this cycle so far, added about 30 lbs on bench, 30 on military, 50 on deads, only lift that didnt shoot up like crazy was squats, although I did improve "some" on them..

all and all I'm am VERY pleased with this cycle it was everything that I had hoped for it to be.. Gonna keep pushn hard for these last days and milk out as much gains as I can!

I gotta weird schedule.. I usally go to sleep bed between 1-2 a.m and sleep till 9-10 a.m.. The H-drol hasnt effected my sleep patterns whatsoever, sometimes I pick up some side work in constuction and have to wake up really early.. throws my sleep patterns all outta whack for awhile.. but the extra moneys nice!!

Yeah I've ran it at 75 all the way except the first week... No sides other than my balls being smaller, it may have threw my libido off just a bit, but never shut it down...I did experiment with DAA a little after my nuts shrunk, I took 3.75 grams for the connective days in weeks 3 and 4.. Both times by the 2nd day my nuts had regained most if not all of there original size..

But honestly it has been a pretty smooth cycle.. I stayed on top of my dosing and timing for the most part, stayd on top of the supports, sleep good most of the time, ate healthy, worked out hard, and made some great progress.. I got my PCT lined up and ready to go!..

Ya I got enuff to run until wednesday I think.. I bought 2 bottles and ran it at 50/75/75/75/75/75.. Not sure about all you stats, but if u are around 200lbs I'd run it at atleast 75 on weeks 2-5 or 6 depending on how long u decide to run it.. Honestly tho I don't feel like I've gotten much from it after week 5.. Just FYI.. Again good luck bro, your gonna like it!

No just the 2x while "on".. 1st time was (approximately) days 18-20 and 27-29.. I'm gonna start it again on my 1st day of PCT (thurs) and run 3.75 grams for 7-14 days..

Everyone is going to be different. There is no "right" dose amount or time. If it's your first time I'd start lower and see how your body responds. They say that if you can get results at lower doses you really shouldn't take more. Upping your dose and time doesn't necessarily mean you will up your size and strength. It's more about finding the dosage level where it starts to work for you. I've read threads where guys were doing great on 50/75 then got greedy and and went to 100 and then felt horrible and the experienced guys came in and said, "If you were doing great at 50...why on earth did you up your dose?"

Turbo, sounds like your cycle is textbook so far. You gonna continue to update thru PCT? I'm curious to see how you like the DAA in the end and how your strength holds up. Are you gonna do bloodwork at the end of your cycle or at the end of PCT?

For me it feels like the results have slowed down after week 5.. I've maybe still gained some strength, but just don't feel the same as I did in weeks 3 and 4.. my :idrol only had 60 caps in it.. The way you are runnin it you will need 98 caps.. Are you using CEL or something else?

Everyone is going to be different. There is no "right" dose amount or time. If it's your first time I'd start lower and see how your body responds. They say that if you can get results at lower doses you really shouldn't take more. Upping your dose and time doesn't necessarily mean you will up your size and strength. It's more about finding the dosage level where it starts to work for you. I've read threads where guys were doing great on 50/75 then got greedy and and went to 100 and then felt horrible and the experienced guys came in and said, "If you were doing great at 50...why on earth did you up your dose?"

Turbo, sounds like your cycle is textbook so far. You gonna continue to update thru PCT? I'm curious to see how you like the DAA in the end and how your strength holds up. Are you gonna do bloodwork at the end of your cycle or at the end of PCT?
Totally Agree. Hdrol was my 2nd cycle ever and I did 50/50/50/50 and gained 21 pounds. One of my friends took the same dosing I did and gained 30 pounds (He is a pro fighter so his diet was more perfect than mine lol).
