well,,
im 3 weeks into a 500mg test e 250mg mon-ther
im up 7 pounds,, have noticed lats and shoulder starting to fill out,,
1st cycle 12 - 14 weeks,,,
questions,, when do you start to see big gains,, last 6 week??
and with a test e only cycle,, is it lickly i will lean out also ,,
im about 14% bf would like 2 get to 8-10.. while gaining pound lean muscle
would this be realistic,, if so do i need alot of cardio to do this?
my macro is 2500cal 290pro 130g carbs 70fats
my Q is will i drop or lower bf while adding size,, with clean diet and intense 1 hour gym 5 days a week,,,
i do 10 min worm up 150heart rate 5 days a week is that enough ...
i ask as its my 1st cycle,, so i dont no what 2 expect thanks
