nolva or letro while ON sd/epi or phera

i had pubertal gyno (tiny ass lump)

ran sd... it flared up... i fixed it (somewhat) with letro

so its been a few weeks since i finished running the letro... and im ready to start up again but being that i am extremely gyno prone, i would like to take some kind of e-control while on...

im gunna be recomping so i wouldnt mind having the letro suck all the water out of me.... im not to worried about libido, and my joints were fine on letro 2.5 mgs ed for a while so .... would there be anything wrong with runing letro @ 1 mg or less ed or eod throughout this cycle, then stopping before pct?

or would 20mg nolva be a better option?

I would probably go with the Nolva, since it won't suppress E on cycle, only block it from creating gyno. If you lower estrogen too much on cycle it can hinder gains. Letro would be a last resort IMO.

i agree the nolva should handle ur gyno just fine
