It's time, after alot of research and observation, I am ready to get this show on the road. I've ran Havoc & M14e in the past. My last cycle (m14e) was over a year ago. Weightlifting started in 2006 at 6' 160lbs. I am a fairly consistent lifter with only short 2 month breaks every year or two.
Goals: Strength/Lean Mass. We can call it a Recomp because my BF is approx 18% right now. I want to gain as much strength as possible without bulking out of control.

Pstanz 300/300/300/300/300/300/0
Dermacrine 0/0/4/4/4/4
PCT:
Clomid 75/50/25/25
Nolva 20/20/10/10

Support Supps: Cycle Assist, Fish Oil, Animal Pak & Flex
Diet is a "cleanish" 3500 calories per day. Example: I don't eat trashy food, but I will eat Waffle House eggs/grits/wheat toast for breakfast.
Training Schedule
Day 1 - Chest/Triceps/Abs in between main exercises
Day 2 - Back/Biceps/Legs in between main exercises
Day 3 - Shoulders/Triceps/Abs In between main exercises
Day 4 - Legs/Biceps (some compound exercises with back & biceps)
OFF DAY
Repeat
Cardio/Warm-up is 10 mins on treadmill before before starting everyday. 4.5MPH Normal Heart Rate 135-150

Key Notes: I won't be using any stims for preworkout, but I will continue IntrAbolic during workouts. Pstanz is being used as a support supp on this cycle. For more info on Pstanz/Prolactin research go hereIt is shown to block the progestin receptors from prolactin. Prolactin issues are very common for Pro Dienolone. I won't be dosing any P5P or vitex unless the Pstanz fails to do what I want. I won't be preloading cycle assist, animal pak has hawthorne & milk thistle. I'm currently taking 2 animal paks per day.
