Epistane and Furuza-A for an insane cut!!!

Lets do this ladies! im so excited to start running this stack its not even funny. i will be using epistane and 2 bottles of CEL Furuza-A for a mean cut. Gotta look good to get the ladies right?!





first off i wanna say im kinda a super respondent to epistane so if i gain some lbs dont be surprised, i have never ran furuza though so im excited to see how that fares with this. im interested to see what effects the furuza adds maybe some aggression, libido, more fat loss, idk i have never ran it but im definitely excited to find out what this bad boy can do. As for epistane im not worried i know it does the job, atleast it does for me... i have been on epistane for about 2-3 weeks and i have been doing a sort of recomp, iva gained a couple nice solid lbs but now my focus is gonna be cutting, like to tha max! im currently at about 214lbs if im lucky. i wanna keep most of my muscle while dropping 3-5% i would be thrilled with that. i have been using all those supporting supps (milk thistle, celery seed, grape seed, etc...)

dosing

epi 30/40/40/40/50/50/60
furuza a 00/00/200/200/200/200

PCT
clomid 100/75/50/25
ATD ---00/25/50/50
x-lean--4/4/4/4
anabolic matrix 4/4/4/4

other supps:
nutrapro
hemavol
trisorbagen
x-force (if i need a pick-me up, otherwise no)

imma keep carbs at around 130g-150g
protein 250g-280g
fats 45-55g

Workout:
im actually trying the HST, my firs time ever and the little time ive been on it i have liked it so im gonna stick with it but im gonna start lowering reps to the 8-10 range. i will be doing a whole bunch of crazy satuff from time to time like plyometrics, bleachers, sprints, long distance cardio, etc.

mon:hst
tues:cardio, abs
wed:hst
thurs;cardio, abs
friday; hst
saturaday; cardio, abs.

If I'm reading that diet correctly you are barely scratching 2k cals at 214 lbs?? That seems pretty low

yeah you read correctly. i know its pretty low but i am going all out on this cut, however if i find it too much for me then i will up carbs and protein accordingly. and i dont think i really calculated that carbs correctly they will prolly be about 170-200. hope that makes you feel better.

today is day 3 and its friday so HST here i come. yesterday i did 2 miles of cardio and it was awesome, i usually suck at long endurance runs but somehow epi is making it better for me. as far as the furuza having felt nothing yet but i mean its only been 2 days of furuza so...yah its not even fair to bring it up. i will update my workout later on today with a nice libido check to please you fockers. also girls are on me left and right some chick out of nowhere stopped me and said "you look nice" i was like "WTF?" lol.

Workout:
had a solid workout, although i had to cut it short for personal reasons. but still managed to hit most of my upper body at least once .
did something like this
Bench press: 275x10, 280x10
upright rows: 115x10 120x9
straight bar curls: 120x10 125x10
bent over rows: 165x10, 165x 10
dumbbell military presses: 60x10, 65x10
lunges: 135x20, 135x20
abs: knee raises 50, 40 to each side, 20 knee raises rotating at the top

Dosing:
epi:20 mg in morining, 20 before workout
furuza-a: 1 cap morning, 1 mid morning, 1 pre workout, 1 afternoon
trisorbagen: 3x day spread out
hemavol;5 pre workout
nutrapro: post

Diet:
carbs; 160g
protein; 290g
fat; 50
------
2250 cals

Notables:
so far the epi is leaning me out amazingly--like always--mid section is rediculous, but i still wanna loose i lil more in the lower part of my stomach. vascularity is insane. pumps are good, very good infact and im doing only 2 sets per group so cant complain. also chiks are diggin me, infact i think im in love, lol, i prolly shouldnt tell you guys cuz you might not even care but im really sprunged on this girl. lol. wish me luck guys. also confidence is through the roof, i feel great overall.

DAY 4

Workout:
i killed a mile today. i wanted to kill to miles but man did lethargy hit me hard today. i think i know why but man seriously thank the man upstairs i didt have much to do, so i was able to sleep when i felt like it. i took like 3 naps throughout the day, and on top of that i hada full 9 hours sleep last night so i im definitely well rested, and actually i feel sleepy again. i think some of it had to do with the lack of carbs i consumed today, idk i just wasnt craving carbs today. but i still got in a mile, and a very good mile too, actually very very good like i have never been that fast. got an awesome thermo effect and best of all no pain.

Dosing:
epi: 2 morning, 1 afternoon, 1 late afternoon
furuza: 1 morning, 1 late morning, 1 afternoon, 1 late afternoon
trisorbagen: 3 x day

Diet:
carbs: 145g
fat: 65g (i made up for lack of carbs with fat like almonds, milk, and cashews)
protein: 280g

Notables:
-lol, its amazing but i look leaner every day. i actually went out just to check babes out and what not. gotta say i got some looks, even talked to some girls and it went good, chicks couldnt stop checking me out. so far so good.

-this is the first time i have felt lethargic, i felt so sleepy the whole day, i took 3 naps for like 2 hours each on top of my 9 hours last night. i think its the lack carbs since i only had like 145g i usually have more but idk i wasnt craving them today, tomorrow imma try oatmeal in the morning for breakfast see if that helps. :fingersx:

any suggestion on how many carbs i should be consuming while on a cycle? idk would low carbs be beneficial at all for fat loss while on a cycle?

or is it more total caloris that matters?

...never really thought about that so thats why im asking.

not gonna do much but watch the superbowl idk if i might go to a party yet, if i do i will try to limit my piggin out. if i dont go to a party then i will just have a cheat meal some time during the day.

i know what you mean, id rather have packers win cuz steelers already have to many SB.

but the HST is awesome so far, i really like it im adding on a nice amount of size even though im cutting.

Well if it doesn't give pumps I have to skip it. I simply love the pump. I have to add in a super set to my workout routine I use now (6-8reps). I get the pump, but it ain't that skin bursting awesomeness I get from super sets :happysad:

Rocha. I'm in bro!! Nice so far. Why don't u take a nutrient partitioner for ur carbs? That's what I night do come may. Doing the same as u but only 4-5weeks epi and faruza at 200-250. I hear 250 is the sweetspot. And DAMN bro. Nice pics.

ha side note im running out of protein, lol gonna have to go buy some by the end of the week.

Workout
Since i did cardio on monday i did cardio today again, very nice run. felt strong endurance is up also BF is definitely down havent checked but i can tell. also i would post numbers up for yesterdays workout but i forgot lol. but it was pretty much HST in the 10 rep range. i can still feel my shoulders somewhat sore and chest feels pumped. but todays run was good. :)

Other Notables
vascularity is insanely up big time although i gotta say libido is dead i mean my dingy is just hanging there i bet a girl could grind me all day and i prolly wouldnt get it up. midsection is slimming down nicely very nicely cuts are getting deeper, and im actually adding a lil bit of size as well so everything is great right now. hopefully furuza can kick in and help with some libido. also i feel like a total bad@$$, i got the alpha male feeling going on, girls are starting to talk to me and be more friendly in fact some girl is gonna take ME out yeah she asked if she could take me out. lol i didnt have to do anything, but she had nice boobies so its all good. :D

Diet
carbs: ~185g
Protein: ~295g
fat: ~40g

Dosing

yeah i would take a nutrient repartioner but money is tight right now i barely have money to buy protein lol, otherwise i might have bought some of that der need2slin, or something along those lines. if 250 is the sweet spot i think i might have to bump it up then. lol idk something i might think about, nice good luck on your cycle.

btw....this is the first i've ever heard of hemavol. is it more of a preworkout no kind of product or does it really increase your plasma volume?

welcome, and i just use hemavol for the pumps, you might have to contact an iforce rep for the whole plasma thing, idk, but it does give me good pumps.
