I want to start an Hdrol cycle in about a month. Thinking about starting a three-week M Stak cycle now. Any need to take time off in between?
Universal recommends one week off between M Stak cycles and I'd take at least a week off before starting the H-drol. Anyone see a reason to take more time off before starting the h-drol?
