HCG substitute?

I've looked around the net and conclude you have to get HCG from out of the country.I have to pass on that since the risk of scammers and seizures are great.Can 6 oxo (or anything else) be used in it's place since it is suppose to signal the body to produce testosterone?

I'm getting ready for my first cycle of prohormones and want to do it right.
I have Nolvadex , Arimidex and 6 oxo on hand.
I plan to use a transdermal 4-ad,4-oh,19 nordiol stack for 8 weeks.
