2nd cycle....help needed

Hi all....I'm going to do another course early next year and want to start getting everything together. In may this year I ran a 10 week sus250 course 500mg per week. I ran a test only course as this was recommend for my 1st cycle. I got good gains but I think a lot of it was water. I put on 25lbs but pretty much lost it all because I got sus bloat and thought I had put on a bit of fat on my stomach so as soon as my cycled finished I did a no carb diet for about 4 weeks....BAD IDEA!

What would you recommend to be a good cycle 2nd time round?
