Hey everyone.

For the past 5 weeks I have been reviewing / logging halo-xt on a few english site and wondered if I should post it here.

I have logged every day in some ammount or another.
Thank fully I have it all saved in word.

I would gladly edit the whole thing and post the entire log here if people are interested in this product.

If I get a few subs I will start to post it.
At present there is about 15 pages on word hahahaha so I want to make sure its worth my while

Day one of halo-tx

Nothing to report on day one. Increase in sweating but that could have been anything.
Had a good workout. Finally did some legs with shoulders. The work out was nice and fast as I don’t overdo it with legs cause of injuries and work.

Starting weight – 198lbs
Cycle
Halo-tx – 50mg
Milk thistle – 1200 mg
Taurine 1000mg
Celery seed – two tablets
Fish oils – 3 capsules
Glutamine – 1000mg
Multivit – normal 100% daily allowance tablet
Zinc – 15mg tablet (100%)
Recon – post work out

Food
AM – 2 eggs / 2 bacon / 2 frankfurters / bran flakes in milk / coffee / juice / olive oil
PM – 0.5 litre of chocolate fudge milk (was in the city and had no food with me)
PM – 1 cup noodle / 1 duck breast / 1 cup mixed stir fry veg / 2 spoon oil
PM – recon
PM – Wrap / 2 slices ham / 2 slices turkey / one once cheese (roughly) / 2 tsp mayo / lemon ginger tea.
PM – 75 grams cottage cheese / 2 tsp peanut butter.

I find it hard to eat on a Sunday due to not being at home. But Monday will be a good food day. I haven’t worked out any maths on the food. I am just eating when I can and as much as I can.

Day two

Worked late today so only managed to do an 8 minute abs workout when I got home. Was a nice burn though.

Nothing to report yet. Slept brilliant last night. Appetite is crazy today. Not sure why.

Am - 2 eggs / 2 bacon / 2 frankfurters / bran flakes in milk / coffee / juice /smoothie / olive oil
Am – wrap w/ 2 turkey and 2 ham slices with mayo and cheese / small orange
PM – Big bowl of homemade chicken and Hungarian meat stew with veg and potato.
Pm – Weight gainer (I make a bottle of this before work and have it at 4pm)
PM – 2 smoked haddock fillets / sweet potato, carrot, parsnip oven cooked as chips with a bit of gravy
PM – 12 gummy bears
PM – 2 tsp of peanut butter / 75 grams cottage cheese

Increased sweating again. Not sure why. Again, I may just be having a placebo effect but feel a little bit more intense.

Appetite is still damn good. So all good.

A lot of sweating. I am Urinating a lot for some reason. Libido is up a bit. Maybe it is from the zinc, multivitamin, extra calories. But hoping it’s the HALO XT.

Day five

No training today. To busy at work and back pains made it a no no.
Tomorrow is rest day to and I will start my more organised workout from Saturday.

A lot of sweating today. Sore lower back, but I think this is from work. I was welding in a very sucky position for the day.
So far, not much to report. Arms are very sore and very pumped today after yesterday’s session. All in all my whole body is a bit harder and pumped. This always happens when I have plenty of food anyway but I hope the halo xt is playing its part at this stage.
Tomorrow I up the halo to 75 mg per day.

Day six
Rest day. Had two non alcoholic beers and a Chinese hehehe. Well needed. Week one finished Sunday. Starting the real training Saturday. But all in all for such a hectic week I did well and I am very happy.

This is the first Sunday to Sunday result.

I am very very happy and feel I am getting stronger and stronger already.

Day 10

OK today was supposed to be shoulders day. Unfortunately I just couldn’t go. I had an out and out crash of energy. I was working an extra hour in work and at 5 pm I could barely stand I was so tired.
I came home, sat down and had a coffee, took a shower and now I feel better. I was bloated and full feeling.

I decided to check on spark people and see what happened. Well, I found my problem.

I haven’t had dinner yet or night time snack and my day’s totals are already

fat - 70
protein - 175

so I will have a light snack later just to make sure I have eaten before bed. Some cottage cheese and crisp breads with peanut butter and chilli sauce.
I will do a serious session tomorrow for shoulders.

All in all nothing to report with the halo xt. A few spots on back and forehead. Definite increase in body mass but nothing huge. Deep sleep. Sweating. No bad sides.
Haven’t missed a single tablet of anything so all good.

Day 11

Today’s workout was the balls.

Worked shoulders which is one of my favourite things to do

Really got a good connection with the muscle and could see my shoulders swell under my hoody which was cool.

OK so I have been a little bit down heartened. I weighted myself yesterday but only weighed in at 202lbs. so I have dropped a pound.
Now, maybe I had gained the initial weight from the increase in calories alone and the "Halo xt" hasn’t kicked in yet.

I have been eating as much so I am a little confused. I can’t imagine the body would get used to a compound in 2 weeks.

Anyway, I will keep it going and keep working hard.
On a positive note, I do notice a good jump in strength, and my body seems to be changing in my t-shirts.

ok so here is how its going, pros and cons

Massive increase in strength

appetite is increasing quite a bit
muscles hardening
Zero sides apart from a headache yesterday
Sleeping like a baby, and i mean, the second the light goes out im am gone. and waking very fresh.
Libido is through the roof.

Cons
No agressiveness that i had hoped for. not burning with that alpha male feeling i had before.
sore elbows
horrible mouth in the morning, no matter how much i drink
pissing like a freak

All in all the pro's massively out weight the cons.

I weighted in a few minutes ago, excellent results

Starting weight - 198
current weight - 205.2 ( i know 0.2 is not neccesary but i write it as i see it)

so weight is +7lbs in under 3 weeks

I have been eating seriously clean this week. and havent touched a drop of alcohol in almost 4 weeks.

My safety supps (as i call them) are clearly doing their job as i have no back pumps, liver pain, just one headache.

I have a problem, when bb curling i get terrible shooting pains in my forearms. I have to drop the bar and go with db in stead from here on. I just cant get up enough weight to stimulate the biceps
when my forearms are so sore.

I have rest for 2 days. maybe just abs tomorrow but the rest will be very welcome.

My weight is fluctuating up and down a pound or so. but leveled off at 205 again today hahah. i guess i lose a lot of water due to the heat in work.

Feel good. I have my ups and downs about how i feel about this PH. but i think i just feel deflated one day, the next i feel massive hahaha. so all good really.

Any thoughts on otc pct for this. I have all my nolva on hand but would like to keep it for a harder cycle and to have it on hand just in case.
I may feel different after 6 weeks on halo but at moment i dont feel bad.

My weight gain has stalled at the moment and i felt bad.

I know im an impatiant bollix hahah and when i feel i have stalled i get disheartened. but when i finished today i felt better and looked big when i was changing so all good.

I must day i am loving bulking as i get to eat hahaha. I am sleeping well and have no injuries to report. My back is sorted out. I uped the taurine a bit and am now taking 3 or 4 grams of cod liver a day.
I was seriously happy with the legs today. 100 kg for me on squats is good and i feel i will get better and better.

Please some advice and criticising needed.

My shoulder tensed up on the db press and would not relax so the whole workout was quite hard.

You cant imagine how pissed am. last week of cycle starts today and im missing sessions and meals.
I might try and sneak to the sauna in a while and burn it out of me.

If I’m well enough to train tomorrow i will do chest and back superset session to make up.

Workout 24 of bulking cycle

Man i was so pissed off earlier. I dropped from 209lbs to 205lbs in 4 days while sick. but alas, not all is bad.
I got to the gym and say myself in the mirror, and i believe it may have been water i lost with all the sweating while ill.
My t-shirt is just as tight but my muscles are more visable. so not to bad.

I will get my nutrition back on track.

workout today was basically doing what i could

A1) BB bench press - 70kg x 6 / 75kg x 6 / 80kg x 6 / 85kg x 6
A2) Chin ups - 4 / 4 / 4 / 5

B1) BB incline press - 70kg x 6 / 70kg x 6 / 70kg x 6 / 70kg x 6
B2) Bent over row - 70kg x 8 / 70kg x 8 / 70kg x 8 / 70kg x 8

C1) Decline db press - 30kg x 6 / 30kg x 6
C2) Deadlift - 70kg x 8 / 70kg x 8 / 70kg x 8 / 70kg x 8

D1) Incline flys - 17.5kg x 8 / 17.5kg x 8

This was a super set workout. By the third set today I had the "sick sweats" that come with a cold but i battled on.

I finished with 10 minute very slow jog on treadmill.

Im still sick but managed my work out today. Today was a weird day in work to. one of the guys had a bad accident and the mood was strange in there then.

My appetite is non existant but my strength is still going up. not sure how but not complaining hahha.

I will post pct at weekend when im getting started.

So thats it so far. Tomorrow is shoulders. I will hopefully move from dumbbells to barbell for shoulder press. I just hope the rack and bar is free.

work out 27 of my bulking phase / halo cycle. This was one of my worste workout of my cycle and it happened to be my second last while on cycle. unfortunatly with being sick my strength just isnt there.

Halo - XT cycle has ended

ell, the day has come. I have now started pct after 6 weeks of Halo-XT from Iron labs.
I have enjoyed reviewing this product and logging it.

My over all thoughts on this product are good. Unfortunatly I was sick for a little over one week at the end of cycle which killed it really.

Ok so overall thoughts

Timing of cycle - 6 weeks was pointless. I felt nothing after 4-5 weeks. Some days i felt I may have just taken nothing. So all in all 4 weeks was my best results.
Libido - This was fine all the way till week six when it was more of a lack of enthusiasm hahaha. But generally nothing bad.
Sides - None really. SLight headaches this week. But I have been sick also. So i think the cycle and illness mixed.
Acne - none what so ever.
Joints - slight soreness this week in elbows.
Strength - this was the high point of the cycle. I was stronger every workout. I couldnt believe the difference.
Size - so so. In the first few weeks this was great. But later in cycle i felt more deflated than anything.
Recovery - This was a good point. One day of soreness and then no muscle pain. This was nice.
Appetite - This started off crazy strong but again as time went on I could barely eat. Again, this could have been the illness.

So, overall, If this was for your first cycle it would be great. If you have ever used PH's before you will not really get much out of this.
I am very much in two minds. SOme days I feel i wasted 6 weeks. Other days I feel I did good.

I had lost a bit of weight in the last week while ill but gained some back so my stats were

Start - 198lbs
finish- 207.5

Total - + 9.5 lbs

I do feel more mucular, stronger and leaner.

So, I have started pct and will hopefully keep eating plenty and training the same.

Thanks to every one who popped in to have a look and replied as I went along.

SO, today was suicide tuesday.

Suicide tuesday you may ask.

It is the name given here in Ireland to the tuesday after an ectacy bing on satuday.
I am feeling this as saturday was my last day on cycle and today I felt totally off.

But I am coming around now.
This was my first ever 6 weeks cycle so I was expecting it.

o today was far better. I cant shake the cold but I slept like a baby. So here is the quick update

Mood - Happy out. mood is way up
Health - apart from the cold I feel excellent
Libido - Perfect. Woke up during th night going at the gf. while I was asleep hahahaha.
Strength - still excellent. I have changed to slightly higher reps and felt brilliant.
Emotion - havent tried to strangle herself yet hahah. Really is not a problem.

Overall - O really think 6 weeks could have been great if I wasnt sick. And i feel today that It was a great cycle. My body looks good and I am happy with that. My strength was great and Im happy with that to.
