I am going to start an Alpha One cycle soon but I have some questions first. I'm having a hard time finding info on Alpha since it's not as popular as SD.
I'm going to do 40mg a day (2 caps) for 4 weeks. How many hours should I wait between caps?
I have AI Cycle Support, going to start taking it one week before the cycle and stop on the last day of cycle. Anything else I should take DURING the cycle?
For PCT I'm going to do Nolva 40/20/20/10.
What else should I add for PCT? I was thinking of Inhibit E, Liver Assist XT, and Reduce XT. Would all three be overkill?
I also have Fenugreek and DAA, should I use either of these for PCT?
