My background is weird. I've been lifting for the past 10 years, I just turned 25. I was as big as a semi athletic 240 when I got a concussion playing football. They discovered I had high blood pressure and told me they wouldn't let me work out until they figured out what was wrong. 6 months later, I was 180 and didn't have high bp problems. Then I went down to as low as 140, went up to an easily maintainable 160ish and now I'm sitting slightly under 185.

Today is my first day on. My favorite split has been 6 days: chest/shoulders, back/bis, legs, repeat with sunday off. I am weird but I've always liked high volume work outs, but this one I'm going to upping the weight a bit and do less reps. Debating going to a 5 day routine so my body has more of a chance to recover.

dosing is hopefully going to look like this:

m1,4add: 90/120/120/120/0/0/0
h-drol: 0/50/50/50/75/75
cycle assist preloaded 2 weeks and through out pct

I'm impressed I was able to keep most of my gains solely b/c of how fast m1,4add put weight on me. I can't imagine what would happen to me if I ran dbol. I wish I would have done more cardio during my cycle but I was worried about it zapping my strength. I didn't like h-drol, but I'm comparing it to being a hyper gainer on epistane. It gave me strength but I definitely stopped gaining somewhere around week 5. I only got about 2 days into week 6 before I decided to shut it down.

is this a log? looks pretty solid... I'd say aim for 3500 calories not 3000. Eat up and hit 200 pounds.

yeah, I probably should have come up with a creative name for it. Do you have any thoughts on the pct? Noted on the calorie consumption.

The only other logs of these two compounds I could find online were them stacked together. Seemed a bit harsh to run two methyls. I got the idea for this from escholar's log of m1,4 bridged into p-mag

pretty good w/o there dude..

i'd suggest running the hdrol for 6 weeks though. maybe start it the 2nd week of you're cycle, and might even wanna run the hd at 100 when you drop the m14.. just something to consider. you're gonna find out that hd is a pretty weak compound..

other than that everything looks pretty solid.

Slept like **** last night. Don't know if it was from the m1,4add or not but I was up at 3am. Went to the gym at 5 so at least I got to lift before the bench press/biceps only crew came in. I'm already starting to feel bloated. I was hoping I wouldn't get that side effect.

90mg of m14add for 3 weeks, and 75mg of hd for 4 weeks.

weeks 1-3 90mg m14add

weeks 4-7 75mg of hd.

or
hd at 50mg weeks 1-4

i dont think the dosing is so irresponsible JB you know the M14ADD conversion to Dbol is super low so the methyl toxicity contribution from the M14 is pretty low

120mg of M14 is like what, 20mg of Dbol or something? it's not much

Advice for this cycle is all over the place. I based it off of escholar's m1,4 bridged to p-mag cycle. He ran 2 weeks of his bridge (iirc p-mag is very similar as far as harshness goes as h-drol). Granted I'm not as big as he was, I'm not exactly sure what to think. I'm not dead set on any of my dosing. I might stay at 90 mg if I like it there. I'm not gonna dose it higher just b/c I planned it that way. I have no idea but would it be a bad idea to slightly drop the dosage of m1,4 when I get to my bridge?

Not trying to be combative I just want a better understanding of your thoughts. I was under the impression that both were relatively easy on the liver. I've seen a few logs (not on here) that have people stacking both compounds at higher levels for a month.

Also like the m14add better than the dbol, seems like you can control the "bloat" on the m14 by keeping the dose lower, but will still have great effects bcuz of its own intrinsic properties.

Also found that I didnt see too much "bloat" till i got up to 145mgs, and thats easily remedied with a lil 50mgs of top form, and you wanna talk about strenght.

Looks nice Id run the hdrol longer but I responded particularly well to it. I dont have any m1,4add but do have 2 bottles of m14-e which is m1,4add with epi. Good luck with ur cycle should treat u nicely.

i kicked mine off with SD so the strenght wuz already there, but by the the second week of m14e at 2 caps i wuz able to add 100lbs to my pathetic incline, and flat bench taking it from 185 to 285 on flat and 275 on incline. but like i said i started noticin sum nipple activity so i added the lil form starting at 1 pump

In theory if I went for a longer run of h-drol, how would it change my cycle? I can't imagine starting h-drol next week and having 3 weeks of the bridge. I know people say things like their body is hurting when they run super long oral cycles but I am not familiar with the feeling.

I've contemplated switching h-drol to epi but I just ran it. I was eating tripple cheese burgers every day and still leaning out/gaining on it.

after being sick all week, went back to the gym. I felt strong at the beginning of my work out then ran out of gas. 225 x 10 on bb bench was easy, felt like I could rep it forever. 245 not so much. Still not at a 100%. Yesterday I bumped my dosage to 120. I'm still hungry all the time but I haven't seemed to gain strength quite yet.

yesterday afternoon my buddy texted me wanting to ride. I haven't ridden in months so I said sure why not. My quads were so unbelievably tight. Did 40 miles and by the end I had lost 6 lbs.

had a **** work out today, just wasn't feeling it. My strength gains seems to be weird, some exercises I've gone up, others I've stayed about the same. I guess I'm used to how I felt on epi and 19-nor. Feeling indestructible doesn't seem to be a side effect of m1,4add for me. Definitely more aggressive and short tempered. My weight seems to be stuck around 195. Which isn't bad since I'm up 10 lbs but I haven't gained much since my initial rapid weight gain at the beginning.

starting to do more cardio now. Just rode my bike 16 miles, mostly on hills. At first I was dying partly b/c I was riding my fixie and b/c climbing hills at 200 lbs sucks. Half way through my ride I hit my second wind and I crushed the end of my ride. I'll probably try to incorporate cardio in 3-4 times a week now that I'm almost 200lbs.

weighed in at 200.1 today. I've noticed some strength gains. I think I just hyper respond to epi. My next cycle will definitely have epi in it. No sides since I started adding in h-drol. Trying to keep my carbs up (i don't like eating them for some reason) and the rest of my diet seems to be in check. I'm struggling to eat 3000 cals clean.

Precycle 275 was a stretch for me, so the huge increase is most likely due to me being relatively new to them. I doubt the h-drol has kicked in yet but I'm definitely getting the "on" feeling.

I wanted to go from wet to not wet(not sure if h-drol is considered dry). There are logs of these compounds stacked but I'm too scared to run multiple methyls for that long.

You think its safe enough to go from dry to wet...im on hdrol now and its dry as hell on my joints... i have to take 20g of fish oil and motrin. Mind you its from a prior injury... i was thinking of starting m14 on like week 3...maybe keep it just at 90mg for a few weeks

You just have to be smart about running 2 methyls.

I totally was excited that my gym finally got a matching 90 lbs db. Yes I have strong shoulders. The guy that was spotting me was like wtf you're doing 90s. Still dosing 120mg m1,4 and 50mg h-drol. This will be my last week of m1,4 even though I have enough to stretch it to 5 weeks. Only sides I've gotten since I've added the h-drol is acne. Normally have have really good skin so its annoying but I don't really care since I'm filling out quite nicely.

haven't posted any work outs up in awhile. Last day of working out while on m1,4 was today. Finally hit 90s on db military a few days ago. Felt beastly. Today's work out sucked so I'm not gonna post it.

You think its safe enough to go from dry to wet...im on hdrol now and its dry as hell on my joints... i have to take 20g of fish oil and motrin. Mind you its from a prior injury... i was thinking of starting m14 on like week 3...maybe keep it just at 90mg for a few weeks
Its safe- just not ideal



Wet to dry= quick quick mass from the wet(m14) to dry=solidification of muscle mass aquired- at least this is the theory

m14add seems to be a much more potent bulker than hdrol- it has anabolic activity of its own and converts to dianabol at 15%



But is it safe? yes-

I dont think the panic attacks and chest seizing was from the steroid-

but still taking it slow- at 60 mgs m14 and 200 mgs 1 ad

if everything goes smoothly tonight im bumping it up to 90 mgs tommorrow

haha, hopefully not too many threads. the case is pretty much closed. I will have to try m1,4 sometime later, but for now it'll be m-lmg.

leg day. switching to a 15/8/5 rep scheme. It ****ing killed me today. I wish I was sleeping better but I don't want to risk taking a tylenol pm or whatever to knock me out. I honestly don't care that much to have my legs grow. Having strong legs tends to make me look squatty. I have super short thighs.
