My background is weird. I've been lifting for the past 10 years, I just turned 25. I was as big as a semi athletic 240 when I got a concussion playing football. They discovered I had high blood pressure and told me they wouldn't let me work out until they figured out what was wrong. 6 months later, I was 180 and didn't have high bp problems. Then I went down to as low as 140, went up to an easily maintainable 160ish and now I'm sitting slightly under 185.
Today is my first day on. My favorite split has been 6 days: chest/shoulders, back/bis, legs, repeat with sunday off. I am weird but I've always liked high volume work outs, but this one I'm going to upping the weight a bit and do less reps. Debating going to a 5 day routine so my body has more of a chance to recover.
dosing is hopefully going to look like this:
m1,4add: 90/120/120/120/0/0/0
h-drol: 0/50/50/50/75/75
cycle assist preloaded 2 weeks and through out pct

50/50/50/50 (150mg for the first 4 days)

other supplements I'm taking are 10 mg of fish oil, on multi vitamin, on pro complex and casein at night. I'm going to try to eat somewhere around 3000-3500 calories.
My previous gear experience has been 19-nor andro and epi. I cycled last about 4.5 months ago.

I'm impressed I was able to keep most of my gains solely b/c of how fast m1,4add put weight on me. I can't imagine what would happen to me if I ran dbol. I wish I would have done more cardio during my cycle but I was worried about it zapping my strength. I didn't like h-drol, but I'm comparing it to being a hyper gainer on epistane. It gave me strength but I definitely stopped gaining somewhere around week 5. I only got about 2 days into week 6 before I decided to shut it down.
