hi there, i haven't ran any pro-hormones for almost 2 years now, and thought its time to start a cycle. i will be running this cycle for 10 weeks.Advance muscle science hormone regulation kit.

supplements:
1-andro(1-Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one suspension)
4-ad(4-Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one suspension)
PCT:
I3C
Arom-x(3, 17-keto-etiochol-triene suspension)
Noveldex(tamoxifen citrate)

CYCLE:
weeks 1-6
.1-andro 4ml to be taken 2ml upon waking, 2ml 60minutes before workout
.4-ad 4ml to be taken 2ml upon waking, 2ml 60 minutes before workout
weeks 7-10(PCT)
.I3C- 400 MG DAILY
Noveldex-60/40/20/20
Arom-x, 2ml upon waking, 2ml 8 hours later

Diet: ( i didn't make one yet, but it will be clean and around these amounts)
3300-4000 calories
285-350 grams protein
300-350 grams carbs
35-45 grams fiber
60-80 grams fat

Training:
monday: chest/abs/Am 1 hour cardio
tuesday:back
wednesday:legs/abs/ AM 1 hour cardio
thursday:arms/30 minutes cardio
friday:shoulders/abs
saturday: cardio or rest
sunday: Rest
I do a lot of compound lifts(squats,deadlifts,rows,bench,powercleans etc..)

Stats:
bench: 325lbs
squat: 350lbs
deadlift: 450lbs
weight:222lbs
bf%18.6(idk if thats right) i used a caliper(jackson+ pollock 3 method)

Its good that you have the Nolva, but it is dosed way too high. 20/20/10/10 is plenty, and you probably don't need the serm with this cycle. It is very weak and non-methylated.

I ran this cycle about a month ago, and did make some gains, but they are very slow, and minimal. I managed about 6 lbs. You are running a higher dose than I did, and a longer duration, so your gains should be better.

My workout was great, i was pumped that i just started a cycle. I took tthe 1-andro and 4-ad, 60 minutes before my workout. i noticed i had a little more aggression and i was able to finish my workout kinda heavy.I workout at home and by myself which sucks.

aggression: felt more aggressive during my workout

sleep: i slept great last night, got a good 10 hours of sleep

Workout summary:
best arm workout i've had in a long time, my arms felt like blowing up, i also tryed a new workout, 8 on 8, basically for biceps i would do 8 normal reps, then i would move my elbows up to concetrate on my bicep heads.I also used to strict form and ohhh did it burn. I did a total of 18 sets for my triceps and biceps, i also through in abs for 9 sets, and ended with 15 mins of moderate intensity elliptical.

mood: pretty good, positive

sleep: i couldn't get to bed till 1 last night and had to wake up at 645, so i was tired today,and had roo work 8 hours, hopefully i can get to bed early tonight because fridays are usually my longer days.

aggression: i felt normal

i really wanted to lift today or atleast do some cardio, but i hit my chest on monday, back tuesday, and arms wednesday. they were all intense workouts and i was kinda sore, i wanted to give my body some rest today because tomorrow is legs or shoulders, and those are both very long intense workouts.

Nice log man. I would split up the doses of 4-AD and 1-Andro as well if you can. They utilize some of the same enzymes to convert them to their most potent hormones.

thanks man, so if i take the 1-andro upon wake up, and 2 hours later take the 4-ad? then take the 1-andro 6 hours later and the 4-ad 8 hours or pre-workout?

Yes that would be perfect. Although I would switch up the 1-Andro second dose and make it pre-workout. Should provide a greater degree of aggression then 4-AD.

alright its been over a week, all i can say is this stack is working already. my agression is up for sure. my strength seems to be a little higher, but im not for sure. because iv'e been hitting the weights lighter for more reps with perfect form. I can pump out those few last reps.my veins are more vascular.
seems like i get a thermogenic reaction from this too, feels like im burning up a little. this workout was fairly easy, but had a great pump and burned pretty good..

i didn't get to workout the last couple of days, so im hitting my back/bis/tris together. iv'e noticed im getting a lot more vascular from this kit. the strength is up a little, and im looking fuller. My workouts have changed too strict form, and lighter wieghts, if i noticed im out of form, i drop the weight. im going to be using a lot more dumbbell in my workouts too :veryhappy:

i mesaured the guns today, they grow 1/4 inch since day one woot, but iv'e been training them different, and isolating them more.

Workout was great, intense im looking bigger for sure, and looks like i dropped some bodyfat, i will have to check that to make sure..

day 30th, did some cardio today, boxing and elliptical for 45 minutes. blasted through this with no problem.

agression: 9/10
mood: good
workouts: the weight of all my lifts are up, iv'e been keeping the ego in check and keeping the form legit, i put some size on, about 10 pounds now. in 30 days which isn't bad at all. My diet hasn't been the best ether. doesn't look like I put on any fat. when im done with this cycle i will check my bf

i haven't been getting any quality sleep the last 2 weeks, only sleeping about 6-7 hours, i like to sleep 8-9, i still have no problem blasting through my workouts. I have about 10 days left bfore i start my I3c, and AromX. As of right now i don't need noveldex

day 31: off, feel pretty sick, and need some rest,I will resume lifting tomorrow legs or back?
