first off im 22, been lifting for 4 years. my weight is 220 at 15 %BF
ill be running a 6 week cycle of:
1-andro=(1-Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one suspension)
4-ad=(4-Androstene-3b-ol, 17-one suspension)
i have the liquid form, i will be running the 1-andro and 4-ad at 4ml at day for 6 weeks.
For my PCT i will be running:
aromX for 4 weeks at 4ml(3, 17-keto-etiochol-triene suspension)
I3C
liquid clomid
My goal is to add 8-10 pounds of lean muscle, and drop 3% bf. i will be eating 3300-4000 calories, high carb/protein diet.
my training will be
day1: chest/abs(Hiit am)
day2:back/
day 3: legs(hiit am)
days 4:arms/abs
day 5: shoulders/
day 6: (cardio or rest)
day 7rest)
My question is what doasge of clomid should i run and how long should i run it for?
Will 4ml of the 1-andro and 4-ad be good enough? i know its a weaker compund(non-methyl)
