Different Type of Cycle

Short and sweet but looking for a good answer. I did a ton of research but still just looking for a 5th opinon. I take Test Cyp 200mg half a cc every 4 days for normal maitnence and have been doing so for 1 year by doctor prescription. I also take arimdex 2mg 1/2 tab every 4 days. I had a bad arm break 9 months ago and lost 46 lbs of muscle and have been struggling to get the last 15lbs back on. I decided to run Nan Dec 200mg 1cc once a week for 10 weeks. Because of the test and arim being part of my daily routines year round do I need to consider a PCT or will there be any andro sides? Everybody has said no. I have nova and clomid if needed but don't plan on it. Advice?
