Lifting experience - 10 years.
Age: 26
Strengths: Chest, Back and Arms
Weakness: Cardio, Legs (They just wont grow).
Goals: Maintain weight and lose 4-5% Body fat.
Ending stats:
5'11
200-205lbs
6-8% bf
Diet: I am concluding a bulk right now. I will stair step downward until I reach my maintenance Calories. Once i am able to hold that for 2-3 weeks i will start my cycle and diet.
The diet will consist of:
2 Low days - 1 High day - repeating.
Emphasis on Carb control, high protein and low sodium.
Food will be measured out with a digital scale.
Supplements:
Debating Creatine..
Pre workout
Hydrowhey
Casein before bed
AAS Info:
This will be an 8 week cycle but it will be staggered 12 weeks.
Weeks 1-10 Test E (Injectable) @ 400mg
Weeks 1-8 Tren E (Injectable) @ 300mg
Weeks 1-8 Anavar @ 60mg ED
Weeks 3-12 Winstrol (oral) @ 50mg ED
Weeks 1-12 Clen (spray) @ 40 2 days on 2 days off.
PCT:
HCG 2 times a week. Starting on week 10 - 12.
Tamoxifen- 40,40,20,20
Liver Support - Throughout the entire cycle
Support supplements will be on hand.
Arimidex/Letro will be on hand as well.
I could potentially add in some clomid if needed and run it at 100 for the first 2 weeks.
Training will go as follows:
Cardio - 20 minutes intervals 2 minute warm up, 30sec on 100%, 1 min at 5mph, repeat. 3 times a week.
p90X Ab Ripper / or Gym 3 times a week.
I also have one competitive hockey game to play once a week.
Lifting:
Monday Abs, Chest, Cardio
Tuesday Bi's Tri's
Wednesday Cardio / Abs / Back
Thursday, Shoulders
Friday Cardio / Abs
Saturday Legs
Sunday Off.
Suggestions? Any experiences or heads up would be appreciated!
