Hey,

This thread will serve as my initial cycle layout and will continue on as my log for this cycle. Will post pics once I get round to it.
My aims are strength/mass (moderate to heavy bulk) and a possible reduction in pubertal gyno.

Stats:
Age: 23 (gonna be 24 very soon)
Height: 5’10”
Weight: 170lbs (77kg)
Lifting on and off for a few years

Epistane Cycle
Week1: Day 1@ 10mg, Days 2-7 @ 20mg ED (I don’t know if it is necessary to start @10mg or just do 20mg on day 1)
Week2: 30mg ED
Week3: 30mg ED
Week4: Either 30mg ED or 40mg ED – not fully decided yet.

PCT: Nolva
Week1: 40mg ED
Week2: 40mg ED
Week3: 20mg ED
Week4: Either 20mg ED or 10mg ED.
(Not sure if I will use any other OTC supps yet. Might use an AI like Cissus drol)

OnCycle Support Supps:
Milk Thistle @ 1000mg silymarin ED
Glucosamine
Omega3 @ 1000mg x 10
GUT Health
Taurine (Probably dose 3g pre and 3g postWO, will prob start this as soon as cycle begins as I get mad back pumps from Deads and squats.

Post Cycle Supps:
Creatine Mono
Fenugreek seeds
Milk Thistle @ 1000mg silymarin ED


Diet:
3500 – 4000 cal ED: 300g Protien, 450g Carbs, 120g Fat

Workout Schedule:
I want to train every bodypart 2x a week, hence hitting each compound lift twice per week.
Will be doing 4x8reps or 3x10reps on most lifts, switching to 5x5 in PCT.

Day 1: Legs/Core: Squat, Leg Curl, RDL, Leg ext, Split Squats or Front Squats, Calf Raise.

Day 2: Chest/Tri/Shoulders/Neck: Bench, Barbel Press, Incline Bench, DB Press, Lateral Raise, Dips, Close grip Bench.

Day 3: Back/Biceps/Forearm: Deadlift, Shrugs, Barbell Row, DB Row, Pull ups, BB Curl, DB Curl, Hammer Curl

Days4-6: Repeat

Day 7: Rest

(That’s the plan anyway. Don’t know how my lower back will hold up on this routine. If I have problems, I’ll adjust accordingly).

Notes:
This will be my first ever cycle.
Doing a small amount of web work from home and only one social event planned for the whole month (which is only a dinner). In light of all this, with zero “other work/stress” and virgin receptors, I aim to get the maximum possible out of this cycle.
Am expecting some fat gain, will curb my calories if fat gain IMO is excessive.

How does it look?
Anything missing from this cycle?

I would greatly appreciate any advice/opinions/critique/criticism on anything that I am doing regarding cycle, training, diet, supps.
Would be useful for me and all considering their first cycle.
