Hi guys.was on here a while back but was narrow minded an clueless to what i realy wanted.now time has gone by an alot of anal reserch i feel im ready for my first cycle.i came back to this site 4 advise.last time i didnt get a great responce off peeps an i thank them.i realise now they where helpin me.an made me go and form my own oppinion.
ok heres why im here.
wanting to start my 1st cycle.was looking at a test e only cycle to see how i go.
test e 500 for 10 weeks.
nolva 20mg dailyfor 12weeks
pct startin on the 12th week useing colmid running that forr 4 weeks.
my question is.........is it ok to run the nolva with the whole cycle.and are my doseges ok.plz only helpful answers plz.i want to do this smart an safe.ps sorry for my spelling.its not my strong point,
i would also like to add.details on main page may be out of date ive not checked.im 11stone 24years old.i dont do taekwondo anymore after my car crash.so i dont do as much cardio as i used to.but i do my best.thanks for reading.:newbie:
