The Fur is too mild. I'd bump it to 250-300 to start. Otherwise, I'd wait until I had enough to dose that way

I dialed it back a bit because of the stacking with H-Drol, and I was thinking the primary goals of the Fura is:

1) to stabilize gains from h-drol over a longer period of time (two additional weeks)
2) to help insure gains are as dry as possible
3) to reduce body fat
4) to Increase muscle hardness & vascularity

Most of the actual gains in LBM I thought would come from the H-drol, but if your saying running 5 bottles of fura instead of 4 bottles will show measurable differences I want to hear it.

Yeah, I will be logging it as I think it should be a good cutter stack. Should I do week 1 at 3 caps per day like I mentioned above or just add it week 2 and and do 6/6/7/7?

From everything I have read, on shorter cycles there's no need to tier fura dosages

I have had good luck doing Nolva 40mg Day 1, 30mg day 2, 20mg day 3-7/20/10/10. That gives me a high dose kick start and then tapers down to 20mg pretty quickly.

The fura cause cortisol raise?

Cortisol is a bio reaction to stress the way I understand it, the largest contributors to cortisol would be life and your actual workouts an anti cortisol product like the ones mentioned in your thread

For me H-Drol was extremely easy to keep gains, i maybe lost 3 lbs, but i also tore a quad during the last week of my cycle, is this your first run w/ H-Drol?

75mg should be good then, especially if your stats are up do date and you are weighing at 170lbs.

heh, thanks man! It's that this will be my very 1st cycle and I really want a success story not a horror story ya know. I do find myself with a bit of a delima though.

I find that I learn something new about bodybuilding, health, and supplementation everyday, (many thanks to this community) and this cycle is for all intents and purposes a bulk cycle. When I first planned the cycle I picked H-Drol as a base, because I believe there is wisdom in a multitude of counsel and that's what 90% of people said I should do.

After reading logs and reviews by guys like Ju1cedUp , Silver3CSRT8, TheDarkHalf and others on this site and other sites. I see Epi is not only an acceptable 1st cycle but for my purposes it appears to be the preferred cycle (along with bold/eq).

I have everything I need to run quite a few different types of cycles but only 2 bottles of H-drol. Thus it occurs to me that I may do well to save the H-dorl for a cut/recomp. BUT I digress - I do infact hold the collective reasoning of this board in high regard, and at the risk of sounding whimsical (the antipathy of me) is the cycle I outlined above something you all might still suggest OR is a 4-6 week Epi cycle more in order (also open to various pulse protocols if anyone thinks they might better serve my purpose)

How is the diet looking?
Right now I am on a religious fast from jan 1st to 21st where I basically eat no animals and no animal products. So for protein ATM I'm eating a lot of beans, soy, and a little peanut butter. My protein shakes are Gemma Pea Protein Isolate based mixed with soy milk

Before my fast I was up to about 3800cals/day (right now I'm about 2800-2900)

this is my (unfasted) daily meal plan:

wake up
Shake - (34g P/35g C/20g F/435 cals)

breakfast - (48g P/82g C/35g F/827.5 cals)
3 whole eggs (19.5g P/3g C/23g F/300 cals)
1 cup of oatmeal (10g P/54g C/6g F/300 cals)
-with whey (12.5g P/55 cals)
-1 tbls of honey (17g C/60 cals)
-3/4 cup milk (6g P/8g C/6g F 112.5 cals)
-fresh fruit (orange or grapes)

meal 3 (51.5g P/64g C/14.5g F/580cals)
1/2 lb of lean ground turkey (44g P/0g C/14.5g F/300 cals)
1 large baked potato (7.5g P/64g P/.5g F/280 cals)

meal 4 pre workout (51.5g P/64g C/14.5g F/580cals)

that's a macro-nutrient count of 37.9%/46.3%/15.8%

Although with a change in work schedule I had to move my workout to right after breakfast.

Epi has been great for me so far especially with Furaguno. I have 2 bottles of Halo that I almost ran, but went with Epi instead. I think either compound will have you around the same final weight. If you eat enough on H-Drol you should gain 7-10lbs and with Epi probably 9-13lbs. They are both pretty lean and either should work well. If you eat enough and eat the right things, the big gains will come!
