first log here.

This is my 2nd cycle ever.

First cycle was test e @ 500mg/wk, 50mg dbol.

I planned on running the test wk 1-12, and dbol wks 1-4, but after week four some personal items happened, cut the cycle short. ran novladex (the otc stuff---no sides or anything... I was fine.)

I am running sus325 for 12 weeks at 3cc, pinned ( tues, and fridays) and 40mg of dbol for weeks 1-4.

On day 19 right now.

I wasnt going to run a log becasue trying to write them i get confused, but i figured what better why to learn, then to try.

In days 1-19, gained 12lbs. some water retention in face, not to bad though.
Just starting to feel the pumps now, and the mind/body connection which is un****ing real.

last night, chest:

Incline dumbells.

warm up 50*12, 50*12
70*8, 75*8, 80*8, 85*6, 90*6, 100*2

(last week i banged out 75*8. 8. 8. 6----def an increase)


flat buch dumbells

warm up 50*12
75*10 80*6, (stopped after that, felt a little pain in the right shoulder and dedcided to stop)

(last week it was 75*8, 8, 8, 8, 5)

hammer press machine (just incorparted this two weeks ago and love it)

no warm up

170*10, *10, *10, *8

(last week, 150* 9, 9, 8, 6)



after hammer press, i ****ed around with some cables and all, trying to dial in some weights for some other exerieses.



1) let me know, what you guys want to know, and ill post.
2) what should i run for pct---i do have the privleage of getting anything--so im open for some recommendations.
